The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need , beds are ok . The tv has no connection to the internet- which nowadays is a must - you can just choose between 13 Thai channels….😩 really poor! The pool needs and urgent renovation - a lot of the tiles are broken and so many kids got hurt by playing !!! Even the pool pump seems to be broken! There are not enough sunbeds at the pool and even for the existing sunbeds not enough umbrellas ! For a hotel directly at beach there should be benches at the beach, too - there are sometimes just a few beanbags. The beach is cleaned every day and there is a waterbassin to clean your feet before going back to the poolarea. We had one day a private halloween party a one of the pools - so this side was blocked from 09:00am nevertheless the party started at 05:00pm ! The staff was painting some barrels just in front of the guests - the smell was annoying horrible! Cause the area was blocked even more sunbeds were missing and the umbrellas were used barriers… The Management should have been more prepared and look to make it not such embarrassment for the hotel guests- providing compensation- like provide the daybeds at the beachbar without minimum consumption! This day was really annoying. The food at the club ( if you book executive floor) is quite good- just the afternoon snack between 14:00-16:00 could need variety. You get every day the same canapés, fruits and cakes. For dinner some western dishes would be nice - for the kids f.e. Spaghetti bolognaise or burger … Kids are not so fancy in Asian cuisine!

Friendly and polite staff. Delicious buffet breakfast, the room, facilities and location. It's very good value for money. I will stay here again the next time I come to Hong Kong.

The only suggestions I have is to have the buses that take you to train station and other parts of Hong Kong to run more regulary for example once every hour and they stop operating at a later time.

房間空間很大，還有桌子可以使用，很適合商用人士，最貼心的部分是插座上還有多備一個轉接器，對於不同電壓國家的旅客來說，真的是很貼心的服務
