The location and view

Everything in The hotel is old and outdated No holiday/festive vibe Service is lacking The pool area is shocking for the price they charge. No space. Only about 10 tables/chairs available for THAT size hotel. We were there 8 nights and didn’t get to spend even one day at the pool as there was never space Service at the pool area (the back of the hotel because no other space) was shocking/non existent The warm pool is a nice add on but same issue - NO SPACE. If 5 families at pool then there is no space Definitely not a hotel for a good holiday, but the location is good. Not the best location but a good location

When I arrived they didn't have a Spa bath available for the room I booked. The manager who came called Jeff was so amazing as he arranged for another room with a Spa bath with no extra cost, wow that I call service delivery. Well done to your amazing staff Peninsula Hotel. You will definitely see more of me visiting your hotel.

There's nothing to dislike, everything is clean and tidy and the place is very nice.

Both the location and the view was good

The hotel was asking for deposit before checking in and they were serious and was not letting me in without it but I refused to and at the end they let me in without it. also, I asked the house for an iron to be delivered to my room and once she came to the room she knocked the door for one time and she just opened the door and got inside the room which was very frustrating and made angry.

I enjoyed everything about our trip to Cape Town. The Hotel was amazing. The room was so spacious and the view was amazing. Brian was very helpful and so happy. He assisted us with any questions that he had and it was just a pleasure dealing with him. The front desk check in staff was just as friendly and helpful. The bfast was one of the best buffet bfast I have had in a very long time. I would def recommend the Pensinsula All Suite Hotel to anyone and they will see us again.

Charging paying guests for parking. That came as a surprise. Would become large expensive if staying for a week or two.

Good location. Small warm plunge pool. Small Cold outdoor pool. Gym. Shuttle service to nearby places. Beach towels available. Parking. Friendly staff.

The general atmosphere especially because of the staff was brilliant.

The bathroom was so small and cramped. If there had just been a shower instead of the huge bath it would have been better.

Breakfast was great and location too

Sunset views were spectacular. Staff very friendly and efficient. We especially loved Lee-Roy's great service and funny jokes. Excellent food. An added bonus was the free shuttle service that took us to the Waterfront and surrounds.

The hotel is in need of a facelift.
