Nice place to stay in the hip area of Sea Point. Garry and the team are very nice people and made us feel at home. The breakfast is very good and we even could enjoy the pool at hot days.

Excellent Service. Shout out for the owner and his staff who are very welcoming and super helpful. the bed is big and super confortable. The breakfast in fresh and offers multiple choices. I fell in love with South Africa and their welcoming energy.

Staff and owners were so friendly helpful and informative. We arrived on early morning flight and were offered breakfast and room to shower and change, despite our check in not due until the afternoon. Offered many local tips and information. Laundry was done and off-street parking good.

A few of the bathroom fittings and fixtures are starting to get dated and worn. But this is the only thing I could mention. We had a great stay

Great location, spotless property and the staff are all wonderful.

Check-in went smoothly and the property was very peaceful and beautiful in terms of ambience and design. The person who greeted me was very kind and elevated my experience of visiting Capetown for sure! Crime is a big problem in CT, but I felt very safe here!

we had an amazing time at Sundown Manor. Kim and the property owner really made us feel welcome to the point that we kept on extending our stay!! the property is beautiful, with all comfort you need. breakfast is delicious with many options from sweet to savory. the view of Lion’s head in the back is stunning. the property is completely safe as the neighborhood. strongly recommend Sundown Guest House! thanks a lot for making our stay so wonderful!!

Gary and staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Tanika (I think!) was especially good. Big smile at all times. The laundry service was also a bonus. Thanks

Only minor (very) issue was our room being just inside the main entrance. Noise from guests leaving early.
