Everything was just fine. Rooms well furnished and bathroom spotless. The staff was extremely nice and very professional.

The hotel is near to the rail station. So you can just get the by foot in like 10 minutes.

The room was under the roof of the building without any windows on walls. As result the room feels more like prison cell than a hotel room. Very bad ventilation. The only source of air is a vent in bathroom that blows directly at you when you take a shower. Around of 50% of room space and 60% of bathroom space has so low ceiling that I had to walk hunched over to avoiding hitting my head (my height is 1.8m). I couldn't stand in the bath or sit in the middle of the bed because of the too low ceiling.

Definitely the best place to stay in beautiful Kalisz. The room was clean and quite large with good disinfected bathroom in the roof floor. It's located in a great location, max. 15-20 minutes walking distance to almost everywhere. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a nice breakfast at their nice restaurant. We were there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay much. Thank you for everything, highly recommend Villa Stary. Bardzo polecam :))

I loved the ambiance. Max the manager was terrific. When I visit Kalisz, Stary Vila will be my home.

Location, architecture of the building and common areas inside.

The first day the heating in the room and bathroom was not working. Only in the restaurant it was possible to connect to internet. Simple breakfast, but sufficient. We thought that the poor facilities were due to the difficult times, but our stay the next day in a hotel in Wielun: working heating, fast internet and royal breakfast.

We received a warm welcome and as we were early, because the rooms had to be especially cleaned to prevent spread of covid, we left our baggage with reception. We received excellent sightseeing tips and information about local transport links. The hotel was very clean, and the delicious breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room.

There was nothing we didn't like.
