Ce condo récemment rénové est situé au cœur du Warner Center! Vous êtes littéralement à moins de 2 km du centre commercial Topanga Westfield, du village, de la promenade AMC 16 et de tous les autres magasins, restaurants et bars de la région. Si cela ne suffit pas, le condo est à seulement un pâté de maisons de Ventura Blvd, vous donnant accès à toute la vallée depuis Calabasas jusqu’à Universal City. L'unité dispose de deux chambres en suite / salles de bains avec tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine et toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin.
L'unité est livré avec deux places de parking gated / secure et le bâtiment a 24 heures de sécurité. Le condo est au dernier étage de l'immeuble, ce qui est parfait pour une utilisation tranquille et pour le plaisir.
L'unité est idéalement située au-dessus de la piscine, du bain à remous et de la salle communautaire. De plus, la buanderie se trouve juste à côté de l'ascenseur principal de notre aile du bâtiment. Il y a aussi une piscine communautaire située juste à l'extérieur du condo pour votre plaisir et votre utilisation.
Le boulevard Burbank est adjacent à plusieurs rues principales et le fameux 101 Freeway est encore plus proche pour faciliter les déplacements dans les comtés de Los Angeles, Ventura, de la côte et au-delà

The bedroom windows look into the elevated highway; and it is too noisy even with windows closed as tight as possible. I'd asked the owner before signing up about possible noise from highway, and he said only one person of all the 30-40 that stayed there ever mentioned it. That's very surprising to me given the noise level we experienced.
The mattresses were too squishy. Couldn't sleep well for all the 5 nights we were there. The rest of the apartment is decent. The building complex is very old, but the apartment is OK on the inside. The location is fine.

The property was perfect for our mother daughter get together. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so if we needed some alone time it could be easily done. The property was in the back of the condo complex and close to the parking lot. Our parking stall was close to the elevator which made it easy to unload our luggage and groceries.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Right of the 101. Nice pool and deck to hang out on. Would definitely stay again. Need to fix door to deck and better chairs outside. But great place and host.

It was a lovely place to stay. I would suggest a few more dishes as there weren't enough to keep from constantly washing dishes. Thank you!

Christopher was communicative and flexible with our travel plans, and did everything possible to make it a worry-free stay, even after we changed our travel plans. The property was clean, bright, and well-maintained, and the perfect size and layout for the 4 of us. Very comfortable, with modern amenities, and easy access to transportation. Very highly recommended!!!

The first 2 days my friend and I could not believe that no one mentioned the condo backed up to the freeway in any of the reviews. But after 2 nights I barely heard it anymore and my friend said the same thing. All in all we loved the condo. We were in town for a week getaway and I always get a VRBO when traveling. The condo was in an amazing location with very easy access to the freeway and honestly just in the middle of it all. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels. Both beds are firm. Both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The couches are very comfortable. The water pressure was amazing and adjustable.

We had a very comfortable stay at the condo. It was roomy enough for a long stay and to host company as well. It had all of the essentials, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful. We've stayed at several vacation rentals and all agreed this was the best so far.

My daughter & I were traveling to California to look at school and just mess around. We were going to stay for 2-3 weeks, so we wanted an affordable, yet clean and convenient place to stay. The parent complex also had a gate entry which was important to us for safety purposes. Also, it was so convenient to Starbucks, grocery shopping and right around the corner from jumping onto the highway. If we went back to this area we would for sure stay again. Chris, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
