shower leaking ALOT- pool of water on bathroom floor after shower - bar staff at pool lazy & not polite , couldn’t be found when wanting to order a drink - private beach filthy , hotel say they clean every day which is a lie - I personally found medical waste & nearly stood on it - both property & booking.com didn’t care after I reported it- my partner cleaned the beach area one day himself .

The staff at kc were amazing always so friendly and there to help! The rooms were clean and very big and the shower was fab! Location right on the beach!

the hotel was incredibly run down. On arrival our room was still dirty, dead mosquitoes on surfaces and surfaces not wiped down. the white bed sheets were full of stains which I do not know if they were old or new. the sheets did not appear to be washed. the bath was very well advertised on booking.com in the photos of the bedrooms but in reality the bath was absolutely filthy with a brown lining of limescale around the bath and again dead flys and mosquitoes in the bath on arrival. the hot/cold taps were so rusty they almost didn’t turn on the bath. the overall hotel looked as though it was closed for years with no work and only recently reopened again with little to no work put into maintaining it

We should have stayed on a quieter part of the island as there was a lot of noise, drunken behaviour and definitely not a place for families.The staff tried there best to quieten down these people but to no avail.

We spent 1 week at the facility and moved solely because of the noise from the road. Miss Fon and "bookingLady" can't remember the name are super professional, friendly and helpful. Satisfying breakfast buffet and good drinks!

Remove the noise from all the Thai boxing commercials that just drive aimlessly around, around, around on the road outside 24/7. Smoking cannabis and partying on the balcony until 4am is not a pleasant experience when you are looking for relaxation. My first expectation of the KC facility was style, finesse, design and quality, however everything ended with a general disappointment.

Beach area was nice, they where playing loud music tho.

All in all the resort could need a little more cleaning

The place needs a really good refurbishment. From top to bottom. I was told the place was closed for 3yrs and only recently reopened. Not sure why they could not have done the necessary work during the closed time. Need a lot of TLC. And the lack of privacy is not my thing at all. Everyone can see to each other's balcony as there is only a partial wall between the balconies. Also im able to hear all sorts of conversations and noises from various rooms even now past midnight. Thankfully the location is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. But you can still hear music from far till late in the evening, if you're on the balcony or your door is open.

most facilities did not work… there was issue with lift and we were asked to walk the stairs. too many mosquitoes in the property. AC was not working in one room and their intercom also was not working in one room. both rooms shower was leaking and water was not coming properly. very bad facilities
