Loved everything about it.

The hosts were amazing, as previous reviews state, the hosts are really chatty and welcoming. We had lovely chats in the morning and we weren't rushed out of the dining room or bedroom on the last day. I thoroughly recommend.

Warm welcome and a fabulous view from our room. The bed was very comfortable and everything fabulously clean. Wonderful breakfast too! The centre of Hawes is just a short stroll from the property. Highly recommend.

WiFi signal not great

Ebor House B&B is well located a short walk from the centre of Hawes in Wensleydale. The owners Janie and Stewart are very warm and welcoming, spending time to interact and chat with their guests, with helpful advice for exploring the area. The B&B is stylishly decorated to a high standard, cosy, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. My bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed, an ensuite wc and shower room, a couple of easy chairs and plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage, freeview tv and tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely views from the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful to really set you up for the day with Full English and Vegetarian options availalble. Parking was convenient on the road outside the B&B. A lovely place to stay as a base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

Loved everything about our stay at Ebor House. Janie and Stuart were the perfect hosts, they literally could not do enough for us. The accommodation is beautiful, ideally located a couple of minutes walk into centre of Hawes. The breakfasts are to die for everything is freshly made, the fruit salad and fresh yoghurt is delicious, it certainly sets you up for the day! Stuart gave us lots of information regarding walks in and around the area, even going as far as to lending us one of his walking books. Bedroom had ample space very well decorated, beds ultra comfy and toiletries luxurious. Lovely Easter touch... Easter eggs left for each of us! Everything within Ebor House was absolutely spotless. 100% recommend and 100% will return. Thank you Janie and Stuart for your fantastic hospitality, was lovely to meet you both.

I stayed with my partner for two nights to explore more of the Yorkshire Dales. Janie and Stuart were such great hosts, very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed their sense of humour and appreciated their knowledge of the area, and they also made us feel at home. Room was clean and we really liked the finishing touches in the room (for instance, the box of Milk Tray and selection of tea, coffee & hot chocolate). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice room but I chose a room without a view - my mistake. Quite small but big enough. Exceptionally fresh and in very good condition The hosts were a scream, and knew everyone's first names.

Lovely comfortable room and superb en suite. Great hosts and a superb full English breakfast.

The place is lovely the breakfast was A1 and janey and Stuart are a very friendly and nice couple.

Service and staff where excellent..really enjoyed our stay..one unfortunate incident where a friends wife fell asleep and locked the door so he couldn't gain access and Stuart wasn't to happy .we understood it was a mistake on her behalf but I think Stuart could have been more amiable. imho
