Great food, accommodation with really comfy beds. Staff welcoming and work hard. Thrilled to see Karen at breakfast time, she is their Yorkshire Gem, twinkle in her eye as she treats you to a Yorkshire welcome.

Location was great room was lovely and spacious staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the evening and at breakfast was excellent , great quality and taste and plenty of it.
The room was at the front of the hotel and was on the main route through Hawes and was a little noisy but this was only a minor point in what was an excellent stay.

Tired old carpet in bedroom.
Beds were too soft.
The hotel is dog friendly and the breakfast area/restaurant smelled strongly of dogs, despite the best efforts of housekeeping staff.

Easy, central location. comfortable, modern room. The staff were attentive, friendly and relaxed.
All was good- some noise from downstairs in the pub, as you would expect, but was very quiet after10:0/10:30 so not a problem.

Just returned from a lovely weekend stay at The White Hart!
The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed super comfy!
Breakfast was lovely, and I can highly recommend the Fish Pie as an evening meal.
Great location in the centre of Hawes and loved the decor (great wallpapers!) in the bar area too.
No real negatives, if I had to 'nit-pick' there was a bit of noise from passing tractors or trucks at 5.30am (as the windows were single glazed) but it didn't last long and was no fault of the pub (life does go on in the countryside after all!)

Every thing was spot on everything from booking to staying. Very nice people n staff and very helpful

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, home cooked foods and great service.
Bed was super comfy and bathroom was very modern.
