Everything was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic lodge which is located close to a plethora of fantastic hiking routes. Our room was nice and cosy and had stunning mountain views. The lounge area was lovely to relax in after a long day hiking. We also enjoyed the sauna. Elena and Marco were warm and kind and provided helpful information regarding hiking routes and local restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic. We would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay- the location was optimal for us, right between two valleys with great hiking opportunities. Elena and Marco were exceptionally nice hosts and gave us great hiking tips. Breakfast was really good as well with fresh food, local cheese and home made pastries. Everything was spotless clean and best of all: Since it is located far away from main roads the nights were extremely quiet, we only heard the relaxing sound of the water when sleeping with an open window.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. They are also very accommodating. They let us use their kitchen so we could have some of our leftover food from a new year's eve party for lunch (thank you for that!). And they both spoke very good English. The place is clean and modern. The sauna was great, which was a really big plus for us. The place is located far away from the main road, which means it's quiet but on the other hand a bit far away from restaurants, etc.

We didn't mind staying far away from the centre, but we didn't know there were no dinner options available every day. The place was filled with guests, but dinner wasn't offered every day. We stayed for 3 nights and the host cooked dinner on one evening only. The food was very good (great cooking skills there!), but expensive considered the price levels in the valley (if I remember correctly EUR 25/person without wine). Some people won't mind this, but for us this was a disadvantage of this place as we would come back very tired after a day of skiing.
