The apartment was more than spacious for our large family, rooms are generously sized especially for property in London. Interiors were tastefully decorated eventhough some of the built ins were a little seasoned. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware and cooking utensils and pots which really made it feel like home. Really liked the area of the property which was close to the centre but not too busy and was easily accessible with public transport.

The wifi did not reach all the rooms in the property. Some instructions on how to use the washing machine could have been helpful as well.

Bathroom needs few touches Shower too small and problems with the water flow.

Near bus, bar, Restaurant and Little shop open 24h. Apartment is really spacious, has extra toilet, every room has a big Window. The beds, pillows and blankets are comfortable, we slept very well. Big Shower with good water -jet. Shampoo, Shower, body lotion were also furnished. Michela was very helpful and answered quickly, She made our stayed beautifully.

The Windows on the street side are old and leaky, so we Heard the noisy and the cold air came through. In the night Is a bit cold.

its close to everything, the rooms had amazing views and were very comfortable. really appreciated the number of bathrooms which is hard to find in london.

our only problem was with the water, the first two days water temperatures troubled us a bit but after contacting maintenance it was fixed by the third day. a couple of lamps and windows werent in the best shape but that wasnt a big issue given the amount of natural light and otherwise great ventilation in the apartment.

Cleanliness, size of rooms, location

We really disliked being told at short notice that we had to travel to an address in Mayfair to collect the keys - which was most inconvenient after a long journey.

Location

Major Maintenance and cleanliness issues; all kitchen utensils including plates and cutlery had to be rewashed as they were sticky/greasy. Fridge freezer didn’t work at all and although maintenance quick to come around it was never fixed. One bedroom door was warped and split, one toilet seat broken and around 40% of lightbulbs blown and not replaced (including guest toilet). A real shame as property perfectly located, reasonably decorated and priced.

It was very spacious and comfortable.

There was a lot of light bulbs not working and a general lack of mirrors.
