Hotel Domino is situated not far from the very center of Opatija. There is a private parking.

The private parking is not so spacious and it can be overcrowded. The room and its private bathroom are also not spacious. The view from the balcony of the room is disordered by the covered terrace where the restaurant for breakfast is situated. The breakfast is of buffet-type, but some of food that is usually offered sometimes miss: a guest should not be in a position that asks for bread or milk... Also, salami was not very fresh, but about to expire. Generally, this hotel is situated in an adapted old villa from the Habsburg era, and the adaptation seems to be done in order to maximally capacitate the number of rooms and beds.

Frühstück ok, der Raum war zauberhaft direkt über den Meer mit Morgensonne, der chef und die Chefin schreiben die Personal Gegenüber muehsam oder kleinlich zu sein.

Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind nur im Sommer in Betrieb, aus der wellnesraum ist unbeheizt. Die Bilder stehen dennoch im Netz, das grenzt an Betrug und wird bewusst so gemacht. Allerdings zahle man anstandslos die Kosten für die öffentliche Sauna.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage, direkt an der Franz-Josef Promenade Lungomare zur Küste.

Frühstück war nicht so gut fur 4 sterne.Es hat geregnet aber keine hat uns angeboten uberdachte Schwimmbecken zu benutzen.Parkplatz sehr eng und kostet extra 10 e.Es sollte inklusive sein.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Team, schöner Meerblick

Die Lage war gut, der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer wunderbar. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr schön.

Das Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können, Rühreier waren nicht richtig war.

Ziemlich alte und muffige Läufer in den Fluren , unangenehm riechend - passt eigentlich nicht zum Rest des guten Hotels

Great location and beautiful views

Staff and service. At breakfast we ordered allergy foods. All we got offered was bread that we could eat. Staff/serving bad at English. Toilet broke. It got temporarily fixed but before that many not understanding the problem and suggested us to wait for it to be fixed in the morning. Staff at beach - horrible. I asked for some help to be guided for the towel beach. He swore at me at native language (which I understand). The only helpful staff was one receptionist that actually was nice. All other staff rude. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a nice experience.

The room was clean and okay. Nice view.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Truly unfriendly, unprofessional and rude behaviour from the staff - from check-in to breakfast. The front desk employee smelled of alcohol and didn’t even greet us after we waited for 20 minutes, just to check in because no one was at reception. Then, he first tried to lecture us about giving check-in times even though Booking.com clearly stated that check-in is up to 10PM. This was at 6PM. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this hotel where guests are treated like a walking bag of money instead of guests. This is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Never again!

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff

A beautiful place with a stunning view.

The location was good and we had a sea view from our balcony. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was limited but sufficient and included in the room charge.

The hot water in the shower was only luke warm.

Location right on the promenade was ideal. Room was large and ocean views were great. Very nice breakfast.
