The pool was fine, but uncleaned

The food was terrible, they served food that was 2-3 days old all the time at the breakfast

All! Location, food,, comfort, facilities, staff, pools and Aqua Park for children was amazing. My kid enjoy it!

A little bit cold the water for children and the program is a little bit shorter for Aqua Park. When fun was on maximum, the program was over. Could be with 1 hour more, from 15:00-18:00. In summer days it`s hot and the days are long.

The hotel had big swimming pools with plenty of areas for the kids. Good breakfast

Room: - Cleaning was bad. - The floors were not vacuumed thoroughly. - There was mold in the shower. The shower door was half broken. The shower shelf was half broken, as well - Our room's balcony was dirty with sand when we checked in. - Beach towels were not changed every day, as they promise. - Sheets changed only once during our 7 night stay, and we had to ask at the reception for this. - There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. Dirty, stained curtains. The dresser was not vacuumed at all, inside, and the dust was piling up Hallway: - Dirty hallway, with dirty carpets Restaurants: - The plates and glasses in the main restaurant were not very clean. Food: - Very poor choices for babies under diet (no sugar, no salt) - we found some fruits, egg in the morning and some steamed veggies for lunch/dinner. - No meat to choose from, as all was salty and/or greasy. Amenities: - We were not allowed to use the pools after 6PM. - The waterslides are only for kids between 1 and 14 and they are open under a very tight schedule: 10 to 12 AM + 3 to 5 PM - Playground for kids had an indoor area which was only open during short short intervals each day.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The location of the pools and the children swimming pool are excellent. The food was so delicious and there is a variety of fruits and vegetables. Everything is easy to access and even with crowded restaurant you are able to get your food and drinks without any problems. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned on a regular basis and all the towels are changed daily. The rooms have huge balconies and outside tables. There isa great entertainment for the children in the evening, the bar at the seaside, on the beach is really handy and quite an asset in the hot weather. I would love to stay at the hotel again.

The sunbeds around the pool and the beach are not as many as I expected. many, We needed to be early in order to get a sunbed around the pool and on the beach, The wifi was not great. We didnt have barely any at some point.

The resort has everything you need, we had saved loads of money with all inclusive

It could do with some refurbishments, however the value for the money we paid is excelent

Perfect location with public transport. 409 bus for all places - city, park, station, mall, airport. Good food, clean room, nice pools

We arrived 10:30 and must go away from hotel till 14:00. Reception took passports for a few hours for registration.

You have to go 2 km to theyr 's beach. They have a small shuttle with 17 places but sometimes it's not enough. When You go to eat dinner sometimes you can't find clean dishes and you must wait for someone to bring a few. Because they have just 4 elevators when are rush hours you must wait even 10 min to catch a free one so even if you don't have a beautiful panorama book a room at the first levels.

customers. this all inclusive is misunderstood by the majority of guest. there where plates full of food after they finished. they took more than they could eat... it is not the hotel's fault. request & demand & the offer maybe , due to the gusest's behavior, all inclusive products are so.bad....for the guests, it seems that they require quantity over quality. And The Hotel understands this. the All Inclusive beaverage was very bad. had to buy a decent beer from.the hotel lobby. but the worst thing was the behavior of the majority of guest. taking more than they could ever eat...taking food in napkins to the beach, loud taking....regardless if they are compatrionts of mine, or bulgarian. for me , this type of All Inclusive does not work. The Hotel, its's self is not new, but it has potential. what ruins it are the guest, in all their majority.

We stayed in an apartment with a living room and one additional room. The apartment was really spacious and nice. The food was really great with various dishes. If you are the kind of person that never leaves the premises, you have something going on at every moment of the day for kids or adults. Animators, shows, bar were really entertaining. There is a small water park for kids that was very nice (near the main pools). I couldn't take my kids out of the water for most of the days, they were really thrilled.

Everything was excellent, I fell in love with the mattress . Facilities are great and available. Food has variety. Swimming pools are clean. Animation team is kind and entertaining. Ice-cream is delicious 😋

I would slightly add more gym equipment to the gym.

Specious, clean

- apartment very spacious - nice entertainment team - they had life guards next to the pools (even though they were not present all the time) - nice nature around the facilities

- bad smell on the hall - dirty rug - aqua park not working (they started only the 2nd day with 1h/day only and it was pretty dirty) - food was quite bad (but giving the price we paid, we can understand this)

Resort was quite good. All staff were quite friendly. The lil one and the grown ups for that matter really liked the desert counter (though it could have been better if there were names or titles of the deserts).

Even though cleaning staff came everyday, the beds were never made - not even one day. So one thing that can certainly be better.
