Un desastre. Hicimos una reserva para 4 y nos dejaron en la calle. Alquilaron todo y ahora pasadas las 12 de la noche estamos buscando otro hotel donde hospedarnos. Pésima atención pésima predisposición. Unos ladrones

breakfast on friday was excellent but sat & sun was not very good as all the food dishes were empty and not restocked - empanadas, soup, eggs, etc

There wasn't an ice machine on our floor and we weren't allowed to go to other floors so I had to ask someone from desk to give us access everytime we needed ice

Temp in the room was not working properly. Seemed very cold and even at the highest temp it was still cold at times. Bed was not too comfortable.

This is an American company and 99% of the staff didn’t know any English. It would be greatly appreciated if just the people at the front desk could communicate a little easier.

How clean it was, the breakfast food was amazing (probably my favorite thing) the kitchen, housekeeping and most of the front desk personnel were very kind and helpful.

I didn't like that while we stayed there for 2 weeks, we left 3 days outside Bogota. In those 3 days housekeeping removed the "Key" that apparently gives the whole room electricity. We had left a lot of food in the refrigerator that should of been still ok after 3 days, but by the time we came back everything was moldy and smelling really bad. We also informed them of our absence for 3 days and nothing about not having electricity was said to us. We complained with the front desk more than once and the manager or director, was supposed to talk with us. But they didn't. I do think that was poorly managed. I understand they are trying to save energy by doing that. But If you pay for the days, they should at least keep the electricity for the refrigerator. What if it was milk for an infant or something not easy replaceable.
