Mini hotel but thts ok as most hotel room in Japan are small.

Very poor air ventilation, very dusty room. Yes they changed bedsheets and cleaned bathroom but I dont think they vacuumed the room thoroughly. No open view at all & of course im not expecting Mount Fuji view bt absolutely nothing. Just a wall view.

위치가 정말 좋았습니다 직원들이 친절했고 짐보관도 할 수 있어 여행 마지막날까지 도움이 되었습니다 한국어 가능한 직원이 더욱 좋았어요 직원들은 매우 친절했어요 깨끗한 화장실과 아담한 욕조는 사용하기 편리했고 욕실 앞에 손씻는 공간이 하나더 있어 좋았습니다

침구가 매우 낡고 이불과 시트가 계속 분리되어 흘러내려서 불편했습니다 베게가 너무 딱딱하고 형태가 이상해서 사용할 수 없었습니다 게다가 침대매트리스에서 시트가 덮히지 않는 부분은 얼룩지고 지저분했습니다 냉장고 안에 이물질이 많이 있어서 우리 음식을 넣기 위해 청소를 해야했어요

1. The location of the hotel is really close to Hakata Station and there are so many convenient stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. 2. The room was compact but equipped. The bed was comfy. All electrical equipment worked fine. Sockets near bed and there are plenty. 3. The check-in was very easy with machine. There were staff available in case things get difficult. 4. Could leave luggage before check-in time and the check-out time is at noon so it would be comfortable for those who don't wanna wake up too early (though I checked out early anyway) :D

Nothing serious but I don't really like the yellow light in the room. This could be Japanese thing (as not a lot of people speak English) but the staff have very limited English ability. I didn't have to ask for assistance a lot but if I had to, that would be a significant problem.

The self-service check-in and check-out machines are amazing compared to anything I've seen. Climate control in the room worked very well. Shower/bath size and room size are expected at this pricepoint in Japan; still very clean and all amenities provided. Location is 2 mins walk to Hakata Station, which made it perfect for my plans as homebase with a JR Pass. Front desk staff were still extremely helpful (even bringing out a translation device to help answer my questions). One-stop laundry machine that does detergent, washes, and dries in ~2hrs.

This seems to be a japanese hotel standards thing, but it was a bit annoying with only 1 keycard. Since you put the card in the wall to power your room, you need to take out the card whenever briefly leaving the room. Turning off the AC and lights. But it was just 1 button press, so it's not a big deal.

we booked non smoking room, sadly it was full of smoking smell (heavily) with a ashtray inside the room

staff is not helpful with attitude problem, not able to communicate in English. finally issue have been resolved after communicating to booking.com

Excellent quality and volume of the breakfast. Room was clean, looks cool(not cold) and professional! Super close to Hakata station, less than 5 minutes and no traffic lights!!

One block from Hakata Station which has so many restaurants and shops! Parking on site is available for a small fee and very convenient. It is so nice to not have to worry about where to park! Check in was so simple and can be done at a Kiosk in many different languages! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
