The pool and garden where amazing. The straff was very friendly and helpfull.

First of all, this place has nothing to do with Luxury. The pool area is nice, especially in the afternoon for a sundowner. Unfortunately, the pool is too cold and in general everything is a bit shabby and old (tiles, umbrellas and lie). The breakfast is ok and the staff is trying to serve everybody's wishes, unfortunately, the cappuccino are tabs and not a real barista coffee. Food quality is average, the bakery products are from the supermarket (frozen pastry) and baked warm in the oven at the pool bar. The owner family of the place came every morning with their children and relatives and they eat breakfast with the other guests and go to the pool and enjoyed.... I was a bit speechless about this mix.

The beds are horrible, the worst bed we ever had in Italy. Besides the fact that the mattresses are hard, the humidity in the building is very high. Therefore the beds (mattresses) are smelling moldy and musty. Unfortunately, Francesco didn't try to improve this situation, in general, they really have to change the mattresses in the apartments, because every guest complained about the mattresses. The kitchen is old, not usable, and very poorly equipped. The Fridge was old and stunk, in the pictures, I attach you can see also rust. The shower was leaking and there is also mold in the shower (also in the pictures I attached). The building is already old and needs a renovation, the humidity in the building is very high which leads to a smell I don't like in the rooms in general. Smells like mold and old. The pictures on the internet are not up to date and unfortunately, the place looks run down already. We will never ever come back for sure.

The garden is beautiful. The landlord is very kind and takes very much cares of people.

We had a fantastic stay in this stunning setting, just outside Gallipoli. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and the private patio was a bonus. Francesco's welcoming and hospitality were impeccable, he was so knowledgeable and gave us daily tips and recommendations on nearby beaches and restaurants. Just delightful! We highly recommend this place!

Best place we stayed in Puglia. Beautifully placed in the middle of a lot of green, fantastic swimmingpool and really lovely room + bathroom and kitchenette. Outside space for a drink was also excellent. Welcomed use of the washing machine after 2 weeks travelling, we took full advantage of it. Sweet cat included in the stay ;). We had a great time here, Francesco and Angela were fantastic hosts, they really care and do their best to make you feel at home. Plus they provide the best breakfast I've had anywhere, with pastries, home made cakes, fruit and yogurt, but also savoury like fresh ricotta and eggs. Location was really nice, 10 minutes away from good beaches and further afar even better places. Lots of recommended places to have dinner not far away. We highly recommend this place, totally worth the money!
