The location was fabulous. We particularly like the street Via Urbana. Lots of very nice shops, cafes restaurants and a very convenient supermarket.

The only thing that could have been better was the shower in the apartment. The water pressure wasn’t great.

It was close to the colosseum and some good restaurants, definitely go to Trieste pizza. The room had good AC, wifi and an easy walk to many sights.

The neighborhood was fine, but was a little dirty and a homeless guy was living in the alley behind the room.

We LOVED LOVED the location! We traveled with our two teenagers so it was wonderful to be able to be out the door and in the middle of everything instantly. We had access to great restaurants, mini-markets, and all of the main ROME attractions (Colosseum, The Imperial Forum, Palatine Hill, etc.) The internet access was easy and reliable and there was an effective washing machine that was easy to use.

We were a little tight for a family of four with almost grown children (the aforementioned teenagers). I think the facilities are optimal for two adults and a max of two children under 12. The shower could have used a new shower curtain or some better way to keep water from getting everywhere. We could have used a rack to dry clothes as there was not an easy way to dry the laundry or towels save for the bathroom radiator which made the space very warm during the heat wave we had to experience while in Rome.

We were promptly met on arrival, were shown the apartment, received a map of Rome and good pointers about the immediate area (restaurants and supermarkets). The kitchen was adequately outfitted, and we were given enough towels for our needs. The apartment is very centrally located, so we got to all the sights by walking. All our requests were responded to very promptly.

The main bed was adequate but the extra sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The hot shower water flow was a trickle so we never really got a good hot shower after a hard day’s sightseeing.

Apartment location is fantastic. The apartment is pretty well situated, easily walkable to all the main tourist attractions in the city. The Vatican is the most distanced attraction - 4km. (no more than 50 minutes walk). Colleseum, Spanish steps, Fountain Di Trevi, Pantheon etc. all are located in aboute 10-20 minutes walk - location is perfect for sure. The host is quite experience and answering to all our requests/questions within a couple of minutes. Very good communication with the host.

The oddest and the most uncomfortable thing was the bathroom. The bathroom is located in the inner room of the apartment. We were 4 people - me, 2 friends and the girfriend of one of the friends. The couple (my friend and his girlfriend) were sleeping in the inner room and in order to use the bathroom, we had to walk through their bedroom (you know it's not a pleasant or convinient thing). Mobile coverage/internet (connection) in the building is pretty bad, but i think that this is a common thing in Rome, because we experienced such issues in many of the bars/restaurants we've visited. There is a Wi-Fi router in the appartment, unfortunately it was not working properly and basically we didn't have any internet connection while we were in.

Nothing. Everything was perfect for few days in Rome .

We stayed at this place for 2 nights, a group of 4 friends. The host was very kind and helpful. The property has great location, close to Colosseo and 25min by walking from city centre. The apartment was simple, but clean, with nice towels, hairdryer etc., all the kitchen stuff... and AC (which is ver convenient during hot Rome summer). Overall, it was great value for money and I would stay here again.

The only disadvantage is that there is a sofa bed and it is very uncomfortable. It was okay for 2 nights, but for longer stay it might be a problem.

It was centrally located to train station, Colosseum, & restaurants. We felt very at home.

Location was perfect, very central with quality restaurants minutes away. Host welcoming and on time. Double bed very comfortable.

A couple of Sockets not secured at walls that could expose wiring. Sofa bed not comfortable.

Location and value for money was excellent.

The bathroom; it was very small, too many features oacked into an extremely small space. The shower was unbearable because one could not move to even apply soap to the body. Floor outside the shower was left almost flooded everytime someone took a shower. The one thing in the aoartment that soured our stay. Otherwise it is an exceptionally comfortable place and the location was brilliant. The bathroom let's it down. For two people it might be okay but for four adults the place may not be ideal.

Very central. Walking distance to all must-see attractions except for Vatican and Trastevere neighborhood.

There is limited sunlight in the room. The futon bed was not comfortable.
