you need to avoid this big arc: 1) you make a reservation first and then you get 30% fees for taxes that are not included, 2) they have a hotel in the name, but you have to bring your own water from the store, buy separate electricity, they will explain to you that they are not a hotel, but apartments, 3) the restaurant opens in the evening, so no breakfast, although they tell you at the sale that you can buy them on the spot, 4) the restaurant hosts loud music almost all night, so forget about the peace of the night. 5) bathing? you will walk to a crowded beach where only locals walk. You can't swim without a car and a longer trip ... we were in 5 places in this republic in 3 weeks and this was a tragedy. Upon arrival, they promised us that the boss would solve it and that we could have a later check-out, but in the morning we were thrown out in the rain to leave immediately, to have another guest who had booked 2 months earlier than us! if anyone here wrote about a great place, then they must be related to the operator

Private beach access, clear blue water, enough sunbeds with a beacb bar!

Some of the staff at the beach bar was not really helpful or friendly. they were talking to each other or being on there phone. It almost felt like you‘d interrupt them in the middle of something when you wanted to order something. But not all of them, some were very friendly! :-)

Balcony/terrasse was very nice, spacious and overlooking the wild nature; apartment was spacious and generally clean; compound is nice and close to the private beach. Francesco and his staff were efficient, super welcoming and helpful - really appreciated the communication.

Price was too high compared to what you get, especially if staying alone and for a short time. “Hidden costs” - vat and other taxes on too + electricity + deposit.

The hotel gives highly misleading information about its location. At booking.com there is information that hotel is 200m from the beach and has the beach club. In reality, it is 1 km on foot to the public beach. It is literally the last house in the village, the most distant from the beach. The appartment itself is average at best, there was a cigarette smell in one room. Actual cost is much higher than advertised - VAT, city tax 10% + electricity consumption. Overall, highly overpriced. We cannot recommend.

We loved everything about it! The apartment was stylish and clean. Very close to the beach and perfect for relaxation! The reception was amazing! The whole property, including slides, pool, beach and the facilities were great!

The restaurant in the property had only a limited amount foods of the card. There were a lot of stones on the ground in the water, but when entering the water from the ponton swimming was still great.

We stayed with 2 children and enjoyed our stay very much. We had great two rooms with a nice interior. A pool was situated a couple of meters from our terrace. Friendly staff, convenient parking that is situated near to the hotel, and a great big terrace. Also, we liked the beautiful long beach with clear water. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic.

The pool area was great, the bed was comfortable, and the bedrooms were clean. Very friendly staff.

It is located wrong on booking.com, it seems to be near the beach. You still can walk to the beach (20 min), but it is not what we booked. The kitchen is not well equipped. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect from a 4* apartment.

The apartment is spacious and the terrace is great. The cherry on top is the cigar shop downstairs. 2 grocery stores are approximately 200m away. Thumb up for the staff.

The noise from the renovation work on the restaurant (Nov 2021).

Very nice apartments and staff. Good location, 5-10’ walking distance to bwach, restaurants and supermarket. We want to thank the manager Francesco, he was very helpful!

Unfortunately there were doing works on the poolside so it was noisy during the day as we had our apartment right in front.

Los Flamencos Aparthotel Beach Club is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood near the beach.

So fishy, in the website they had a name and sent me to another location plus when I arrived there no one knew I was coming when they ask for whatsapp to give the chart a code. They refused to give us the room because I didn’t allow them to print my card for “their records” they handled the payments but they can’t give me the money back only booking can etc etc etc etc
