Mr. Patrizio was very helpful for our stay. Tips for choosing a restaurant as well as other tips were excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable and the surroundings are peaceful.

We love the traditional and elegant Rome apartment. The rooms are big and confortable. All the opportunities are luxurious. The location, safety, the house owner and attitudes are so good and welcoming. Thanks a lot..

The apartment is quite big and beautiful. The location is good, close to Vatican city. The area is quite, without noices.
The host lady that I was communicating via online, was so rude. First she wrote me that for late check-in we need to pay extra 20 euro, but then that 20 euro become 40 euro. Except that first she asked me to transfer a part of money via bank transfer, which is impossible from Armenia. The shower didn't work normal. We stayed in the house 3 days, and didn't take normal shower, because it was not working.

We loved the apartment. It was beautiful, air conditioning was working, shower was nice, there was coffee to drink in the mornings. Location is very near Vatican and you can walk or take bus (number 46) to centre. Owner is also very nice :) Grazie!

The gate system made it feel very safe, the man was very kind and took our luggage for us and explained everything thoroughly. the location was beautiful, with a terrace and cute kitchen, amazing bathroom and beautiful rooms. the view each morning was amazing. i highly recommend this for a stay in Rome!!

Great location not far from Vatican. 15 min walking. Its a private 3 floors house. Practically you get a whole floor to use. Its very quity inside, and you do not hear the cars from the street. We had two bedrooms for the family and a small but very comfortable kitchen. We parked our car near the house at a publik Parking. The owner speack english and is a very friendly man. There are several shops in the area. One of them (near metro station) works 24 hours. If you need to reach Сolosseum and other historical attractions you could go there by bus or by metro .
