Me encantó su estado ...su hotel está muy bonito y agradable,limpio,su gimnacio muy bien. La vista de mi habitación me encantó ,alcance a ver ballenas y delfines. Precioso !!

Lo frío del agua en la alberca, nadamás. Si estuviera su agua templada o cálida con eso les pondría 10 en todo.

TODO, las instalaciones son de lo más cómodo, el personal es muy amable y atento, la habitación tiene un espacio de lujo y la cocineta es un plus increíble.

The size of the room was way beyond my expectations. Was surprised by the kitchen/bar area. Wasn't expecting that. It was very quiet, despite being right on the main highway. Would recommend to anyone.

The breakfast, although decent, was a little lacklustre. Can't complain about a free breakfast, but the coffee could use some help.

1. I liked the location. Right between SJD and Cabo SL. 2. Price was fair. 3. Nice schedule for breakfast and menu. 4. Great decoration.

1. First night upon arrival I was given a room that was occupied. Fortunately the guests were not around when I opened and entered the room. (#242 on 10/28 at around 11 pm). 2. On Friday morning we woke up to loud music and workout instructions downstairs. 3. Hallway Carpets are dirty.

Ubicación. En las fotos aparecia el mar. Pero las fotos estaban tomadas con un super zoom porque a duras penas se intuía. La realidad es que esta junto a un Hospital. Nada malo, pero nada que ver con el acceso a la playa que aparenta

El desayuno me pareció muy bueno y variado, es recomendable ir en la primera hora que es cuando no hay tanta gente. Hubiera estado mejor si la alberca hubiera estado climatizada. El personal en general es es muy amable, no tuve alguna mala experiencia con nadie.

El internet no es nada bueno. Aunque mi estancia no fue precisamente por trabajo, sí tuve que realizar algunas actividades donde requería internet y la calidad era muy mala.

Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly!

There was no protection from the sun at the pool. All of the cabanas were taken. The jacuzzi wasn't hot.

The pool had a nice view.

The wifi did not reach the room. When I asked to change rooms because I needed to work, they told me “that’s not necessary” and never offered me a solution. Moreover, the breakfast wasn’t ready at the time they told us it would be. So we planned a trip early and couldn’t have breakfast because it wasn’t done yet. Moreover, they threw chlorine in the pool during the day while there we’re people swimming in the pool.

The front desk over charged us. Our final rate on booking was 1070 but they charged us 1300 usd

Rooms are good size, it was clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. the facilitys are great, in the 5th floor it has a pool and a jacuzzy with ocean view. Gym was on the 5th floor and it was clean with a good view. Parking space is under roof an secure. Locate near a market place with restaurants and lots of options to eat.

The staff members were absolutely excellent: the front desk, the cleaners, the ones that took away our plates at breakfast …everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made the hotel great. Then the pool and gym were also awesome, especially the hot pool.

The room that we had didn’t have a kitchen and was a bit small, but we made the best of it. Also, we realized that the hotel was a bit far from the activities we wanted to do (~30 mins).

Check inn was terrible. When I finally made mine, I asked why they didn’t have more staff. Jorge, the staff at the check in answered me: Sir, the staff has to rest. Plop!
