This was one of the cheaper properties that I looked at. The pictures looked good, but I still had hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the stay was. Good linens, comfy beds, and good Wifi. We have a yearly golfing trip to the Laughlin/Havasu area and would definitely stay again.

Overall a great stay! Spacious home not too far from the main city. Didn’t have basic essentials like hand towels , shampoo , conditioner , body soap so make sure you bring anything you may need. Aesthetically a nice home!

Everything was as advertised. Host was easy to contact and guest book at location was full of spot on info. Super clean and neighbors were very quiet. Beds were great, just like home. Had a great time on the lake. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property. Sorry I didn't contact you at check out, as you requested, but we left for the lake at 5:30AM and while loading the GPS from my phone to the fish finder dropped my phone in the lake**&%#@%^%&. Pricilla’s home is large and roomy for a family. Our grandkids really enjoyed the ping pong table in the finished garage. Lots of games, CDs and DVDs. Recliner couches are a very nice touch. Only suggestion I would have would be to update bed pillows and bath towels.

Great Lake Havasu house with plenty of room for the family. House is modern and clean, and communication with Owner was fantastic. Especially love the ping pong table in garage and gas grill on patio. Would definitely stay again!

This property was immaculately clean, and I am very hard to please when it comes to this. I really can't say enough about how clean and organized everything was. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The BBQ was large and again, spotlessly clean. The garage was used to entertain our teenage kids with foosball and ping pong, and there were plenty of movies and games stocked in the living room... a nice touch for families! Plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was extremely responsive, and the transaction went as smoothly as possible. I'd definitely recommend this house and I'd stay here again.

The house would be perfect for a family or two couples. We originally expected to have another couple with us, but they could not make it. Everything in the house worked as it should except for the kitchen drinking water filter.
