Great location on the bay. The house is very well equipped, with a modern kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals that you can enjoy in the open indoor space or on the patio. Modern and clean with a luxurious primary bedroom/bathroom and private baths in the other two bedrooms. We liked it so much last year we came back this year for another stay.

This house is impeccably clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. While we only put one car in the garage due to the tight fit, there is a public parking lot just a few houses down - also great for any visitors who stop by. This is our second time renting this property because we love it so much, and will definitely come again!

Beautiful home that was great for our Spring Break trip to San Diego. I would definitely heed the warnings from others who have stayed here - the garage is hard to get into and our minivan barely fit. Thank goodness for a handy many working on the home next door who gave us pointers for how to get in. The access instructions did not come when they were supposed to so I had to follow up and received them after following up a couple of times so would have preferred we didn't have to do that. The kids loved using the provided toys to play on the sand, and the patio was splendid to spend time. We wished there was a restaurant a bit closer to the house to walk to for our kids, but we were still able to walk to enjoy some tacos. Great San Diego experience!

Great place for 3 couples . Lovely view of Bay and right on walking bath. Very clean, nice furnishings and fun to hang on outside patio with fire pit. Valarie was a great property manager - very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

This is a remodeled condo, second and third floor, over looking the bay side of mission beach. The condo is like new and the host does a great job stocking the place with all the things you need to enjoy your stay. Val is great to work with and the place is great for up to six peope.

Beautiful property overlooking part of a marina on the bay. It was the perfect spot for 4 active seniors to enjoy each others company on the patio enjoying the bay.

Only problem was the parking. Received an email saying we could park in a spot south of property, then we were told to move.

Unit was great. Kitchen was very well equipped. Stayed with 2 and 4 year olds. Neighbor's were loud several nights but luckily the kids bedrooms (non master) are on the back of the unit so they were not bothered. Booster chair in kitchen for toddler and sand toys and beach chairs were greatly appreciated. This beach was so quite compared to ocean side and very happy we picked this location and unit. Garage is tandem double. Could not fit minivan (Pacifica) but public free parking lot was near and not a big deal. Gave us plenty of parking for the bikes we rented and strollers. Would come back.

The property is located right in the heart of Mission Beach. We walked to the beach side for some waves and hung out at the bay side for some sun and relaxation(right out the front door), The property is in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. BBQ on the patio was great. the patio furniture was comfortable. They had beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and a boogie board. Full size hair dryer and makeup towels were much appreciated. Walking distance to Buzz coffee shop and the Mission. Plenty of parking at the nearby public parking lot. The garage is tight but we fit two vehicles in it. One was a Ford Bronco SUV. I wouldn't try to fit a larger SUV. Property manager was responsive when we needed something. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

I headed to SD for a five-night stay with my two adult kids, their spouses and one 13-month-old grandchild. The property is very well-cared for, well-supplied and very clean (and I'm pretty picky about those things). The bedding was quite comfortable. It was so nice to have the view straight out to the bay, and interesting to see all the people walking, jogging and skating past the patio on the Bayside Walk. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for a group like ours, and the downstairs powder room was a nice convenience. There is a foot rinse area on the patio when returning from the beach. The carafe part of the coffee maker wouldn't work because it needed cleaning, so the manager sent over a new carafe/pod dual coffee maker that same day. And then we ended up needed to extend our stay due to a diagnosis of COVID in the baby and parents, so the manager was very helpful in getting that arranged (no one was scheduled to come in for the next week since it was off-season). Great service. If you are looking for a house with a lot of privacy to passersby, this is not it. The patio is literally next to the Bayside Walk, and the wall on that side of the house is almost all glass. The coverings for door and windows there are roll-down bamboo, so there's no way to partially block the view from outside to inside - it's all or nothing. We didn't care, quickly got used to the situation, and loved having the large folding glass door open. Bedrooms are all upstairs so are more private, but the master has the same roll-down shade across the slider, and much of the bedroom can be seen easily from the Walk. So it's kinda all or nothing again, at least at night before you turn your lights out. It was so nice to have access straight from the patio to the grass and the beach beyond. With young children, that is a huge bonus, in addition to the walled-in patio itself. Just an FYI that there are a few beach towels in the house, as well as several beach chairs in the garage and children's beach toys next to the house. (The confirmation email made it seem like there were no beach items.) We could not fit our rental SUV in the garage or the space next to it (and a friend couldn't fit his Tesla in there either), but the free parking area on El Carmel Place is literally just a minute walk down the beach. This was a great stay and I'd highly recommend it!

The house was perfectly located along the bay for our trip. The entire house seemed new and recently redone. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Loved this rental! The place was super clean, appeared recently updated and well furnished. The seating and beds are very comfortable. The location was great. We have stayed on the ocean side before and definitely prefer the bay. The patio was fabulous and spent a lot of time with our group outside talking and catching up. Will definitely rent again if in the area.

The condo was very clean. Did not have a good experience with the men who checked in in the upper unit. They were very noisy late at night and they were moving furniture around making it hard to sleep.

Great space for 3 couples. Clean, up to date and high quality condo. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a little or a lot. Outside area overlooking bay had table for 8(only place we ate) couch and chair for just enjoying the view. Close to bike , kayak etc rentals, extra parking on el Carmel a plus.

We are 4 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 2 who absolutely LOVED our stay! It was a great location for enjoying the quiet bayside along with the ability to be at the busy ocean beach, a 5 minute walk away. The home was SO clean and very thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, pots, pans, appliances, silverware, bbq equipment and the little things like a fresh kitchen sponge and cloth to wipe the counters. The fridge was huge and had filtered water and an ice maker and the gas stove/oven was new. The coffeemaker could make pots or individual cups and the under counter microwave was handy. The kitchen island provided plenty of counter space. There was a large round table to seat the 6 of us; however, we chose to eat all of our meals on the large patio table enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather. There was a convenient half bath on the main floor. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and we made good use of the bbq grill and the fire table was a hit at night! We were able to watch the Sea World fireworks from the patio. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were comfy, each with their own adjoining bathrooms and there were plenty of soft towels and small bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.) We didn’t have to use the a/c often, but it was nice to have it to cool down the bedrooms for sleeping. The master bedroom has a beautiful deck with chairs to enjoy along with a fireplace and tv that we didn’t use. The master bathroom and walk in closet were huge! The indoor washer/dryer upstairs was a definite plus. We fit a minivan in the tandem garage; it was narrow and took some care to get in and out but so nice to have a garage! You could definitely fit 2 cars as long as they aren’t too wide. There was also a free parking lot on Carmel Point just a short walk away. There were some beach chairs and a boogie board in the garage and a few beach toys on the side of the house. The kids played some on the bay, but we spent most of our time on the ocean beach. This was by far the cleanest and newest place we have stayed in San Diego and we would definitely go back!

The property was excellent in every way. Great location, beautiful inside and had plenty of room for all six of us. Would definitely come back and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time. Stayed many times in Mission Beach and this was by far the best. Right on the bay, great for little ones. What we enjoyed most was the three panel sliding door that created a great indoor/outdoor living. Valerie was extremely helpful when we called for some minor items. Will be back!!!!

We arrived from 3 different states for a magical weekend celebrating my daughter’s USD graduation. The property was exactly as pictured; clean, bright and perfect for a family celebration. Valerie was attentive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!!! Loved loved loved the Bay side!!

House was exactly as advertised - 3 bedrooms all upstairs, each with their own bathrooms was perfect for us. Would also be great for 3 couples. House had everything we needed in kitchen. Everything was exactly as advertised and the property manager was easily accessible before, during and after our arrival.

Love this place! We will definitely come back… fyi, the garage is very narrow, make sure you rent or have a smaller car. Tahoe’s will not fit
