Il venerdi mattina mi chiamano dicendomi che l’appartamento prenotato per la sera stessa aveva appena avuto un problema di elettricità e me ne propongono un altro, vicino al primo e più grande. Accetto nonostante meno tranquillo, ma in effetti comodo, grande e piuttosto ventilato. Ricevo numerosi messaggi vocali su whatsapp, magari bastava l’indirizzo e dove trovare la chiave. Sarebbe stato utile precisare per scritto sull’annuncio che il parcheggio sotto casa si trasforma in mercato il sabato mattina, e che ciò essendo molto mal indicato sul parcheggio stesso, ho camminato mezz’ora per recuperare la macchina portata via e pagato 100 euro. Avendo suggerito alla struttura che questa era un’informazione utile per i viaggiatori, ricevo numerosi e lunghi vocal piuttosto aggressivi, la signora mi accusa di non aver telefonato arrivando. Una mancanza globale di professionalità e cortesia. Lasciam perdere il reggiseno trovato sullo stendipanni, o i 2 asciugamani quando abbiamo prenotato per 3. Notate bene, per la colazione al bar inclusa nel prezzo, se i vostri bambini non bevono caffè pagherete la differenza per avere un succo di frutta.

Ideal location. Clean interiors. Well equipped kitchen with pans /pots, glasses and serving plates. A small foldable dinner table is available.

These things, even though listed as available, were not available during our stay 1. Tea/coffee maker 2. Minibar 3. Toiletries 4. Cleaning products As I've mentioned earlier, the bathrooms didn't have any sort of shower gels/soaps, the kitchen doesn't have any dishwashing liquids either, when we contacted the owner about this, she said that the apartment is a "Casa Vacanza" and not a B&B and suggested us to buy it ourselves, which we did. Having stayed in quite a few places, this was really weird to me. The bed is quite old i assume, it makes creaking noises when we turn around in our sleep There's a bar downstairs, and they continue to play loud music through the night, closing all the doors and windows will help reduce the sound but will not completely mute it. The window blind in the bedroom doesn't completely close and light seeps in through it in the morning and the night. These things aside, for the price it's a cosy lil place and we would return

Great location, we found parking close by for free. Bed was comfortable and we slept well even though there was a main road near by. It wasn’t a terrible stay but it certainly wasn’t what I expected based on the reviews

We started badly really by being given the wrong set of keys by the person who met us it was lucky we did check before she left the building otherwise it would have been a nightmare. There was a considerable language barrier on checking in and checking out which meant that we didn’t get breakfast as promised the day before. The room on the whole is clean but the shower cubical leaks and there is mould in the grout.
