Nicely landscaped backyard and private swimming pool. We had a great time just sitting around the swimming pool. The staff was responsive and helpful. One of us forgot his jeans at the property and they mailed it to us right away with no charge.

We could see that it’s a nicely built property and it must’ve been really luxurious in its heyday. But our first impression upon arrival was dingy and tired-looking. The property needs some TLC… The dish washer didn’t work, the kitchen sink faucet was tough to operate, the AC in the living room needed washing, all the foot mats needed replacing. The living room sofa was old and not big enough to accommodate all 7 of us (the property is supposed to accommodate 8 people). These are not major problems but had they been addressed properly, our stay would have been much more comfortable.

It was very easy to book with Izii. We are a group of girls and he directly suggested us the new and famous cafe around the villa as we were looking for them. ! The villa was clean , larger than we thought, beautiful with high ceiling .Izii provided us bbq stuff and showed us how to use the jacuzzi . The place has a lot of facilities like private pool, big pool from village , washing machine , table tennisand bikes ! so we could ride to the coffee shop Too bad we stay only one night as we wished we would have more time here . I definetely recommend this place as we thought its far from Pattaya but nop its about 12-15 mns by car and next to Jomtien beach and seafood restaurants also there's small fisherman village next to the villa so we bought some fresh seafood for bbq and we bought back home for next day haha. We will come back again for sure .
