Vous adorerez ce pavillon multifamilial de 6300 pieds carrés qui est proche du lac. Situé à Snow Meadows près du parc Garden City. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de tous les restaurants et plages de Garden City. Il est parfait pour que 5 à 7 familles se réunissent et profitent de tout ce que Garden City a à offrir.
La maison comprend également une salle de jeux de 1600 pieds carrés avec une paroi rocheuse, un puits de mousse, une aire de jeux intérieure, une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot, une table de hockey sur air et un jeu de basket-ball. Le côté extérieur est un terrain en herbe de 5000 pieds carrés avec un filet de volley-ball.
Le Lodge est situé à moins d'un mile de l'accès à la plage. Emplacement pratique de Garden City juste à côté de la piste cyclable. Vous pouvez facilement garer 12 véhicules. L'accès routier est facile toute l'année.

Our 4 generation family reunion was amazing. The Aspen Lodge met all our needs and more. We really enjoyed the play room and the vast back lawn.

We had 13 adults and 7 children ranging from ages 20 months to 17 years old. We all had plenty of room and plenty to do. While we were up there it rained, but we didn’t care. Everyone had such a great time. There was so much room to eat, cook, play games, watch movies and just hang out. It had everything even puzzles and a mirror outside the bathroom in case you needed to fix your make up. It had marshmallow sticks for the fire pit. A wonderful stove and double oven and double fridge.. we loved the all around sound in the upstairs movie theater and the two kayak with life preservers. We had such a wonderful time. The beds were real beds with nice mattresses and the rooms were all very nice.Everyone loved the playroom.. They even had strollers for the children if you wanted to go for a walk.

We had a large group at this house over the weekend and had a wonderful stay. More than enough room for 43 people. The play room for the kids absolutely cannot be beat. We will be back asap!

Perfect location for all ages of a family—well stocked, plenty of beds, large kitchen with two long dining tables, spacious room with comfortable couches, beautiful big grassy yard with volleyball net!! We loved being together under one roof. The only negative was there were only five bathrooms!!

It was a very comfortable stay for 40 people. The kitchen was able to accommodate us fixing and eating meals together. We had a great time. There were games and activities there for all ages. Thank you.
The sound from the family room TV went right into the kitchen area, maybe a future suggestion would be closing off that area to make a place to watch shows without sound bleeding over into the whole house.

Had our family reunion at this property with over 40 people. There was plenty of space to gather for eating and activities together. The play area was a big hit for my grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Close the Garden City Park and Bear Lake Marina

The kids loved the playroom with all the different games to play. We had plenty of beds. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, serving dishes and pantry space. There was plenty of room to spread out to play table games or visit. There was plenty of yard space for outdoor games. We thoroughly loved our time there.

We had 40 family members and friends join us for a wedding weekend. This included ex-spouses and in-laws and there's enough space that if you didn't want to see someone, you could find any number of spots to disappear to! ;) It was lovely, roomy, very clean and EVERYONE had a great time.

We stayed here as a youth group and the house was perfect. We had between 40-50 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. Beautiful home, lots of things to do. Host was easy to communicate with and super accommodating when one of our group left some things there after checkout.

This house is very comfortable for a large family
It is well organized and we had everything we needed. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 36 people. We especially loved the garage made into a playroom with climbing wall and foam pit, with stuff for the teenagers to do. We had a very good time.

The home was spacious. Kitchen well stocked with utinsels, dishes, and cooking gear. Independent bedrooms for each individual family provided comfortable quiet areas for retreating as needed. Our favorite room was the rec room. It was enjoyed by all. If a family retreat is what ypu need, and.Bear Lake, Utah is your destination, look no futher than this property.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a family reunion, with three generations attending. This site was PERFECT for us. The lodge was clean and well-appointed with all kitchen items and bathroom amenities. Lots of bedroom types to choose from which was helpful for our larger group. The playroom was indispensable…the (older) kids had a place to go and be on their own and play with their cousins. The outside was perfect for lawn games and bbq dinners. And the proximity to Bear Lake was handy. We had a truly wonderful experience here and would book again if needed!!

We so enjoyed our time at Aspen Lodge. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. Kids and adults enjoyed the house and the memories created there. I was honestly surprised that not only did the house fit our whole family… but there was room to spare!? The kids were never bored here, and that’s saying something. It was the perfect place for everyone. Grateful for a warm and welcoming home to share with loved ones.

We had a variety of ages - lots of kids and adults. The playroom is awesome. We appreciated that there are couches in there for adults who are watching babies, and there is air hockey, pool table, etc, toys and games for all ages. We also loved using the kayaks at Bear Lake! Having 2 fridges for our big group was also appreciated.

The extra bedroom in the playroom isnt on the video, but it exists and was a very pleasant surprise. Quality of the home, furnishings and space exceeded expectations. Our family especially loved the lawn, game room, upstairs bunk room, etc. The host was quick to respond to all questions, and had good quality dishes, pans, crockpot, etc for us to use.
