Nice property in an excellent location.

Three bedrooms with three baths plus a double deep single car wide garage made for a comfortable stay. We visited mid September so no snow to deal with.
Starter kits for shower/bath/kitchen are a nice touch.
Wifi could be weak at times but may be more a function of overall Mammoth service vs. our individual unit.

Beautiful accommodations in a premium location

Property was very nice. The people managing it are not. I found they failed at very basic functions from a misleading listing, communication and obviously broken things around the house like jacuzzi lid broken and dangerous, sink stopper stuck down, missing garage door opener, fire alarm beeping at 3am...If you want to go on vacation to work on lists of things to repair then Natural Retreats is for you. Also, don't forget to sign their 3rd party indemnification agreement or you won't be allowed to stay, they let you know this after you pay VRBO (unless you click on a very innocuous link). My text communication with them was comical. I feel sad for the Owner, I am sure they have the same disdain for him as they have for the guests; and VRBO since they have pamphlet to book direct on your next trip. My advice is to stay away from these big Prop Mgmt companies that run lots of units. They should put in the ad...if there is a problem please don't contact us.

Great location for Ski-in and out...
Just spent an amazing week at Juniper Crest. The condo was very clean, well equipped and functional. The proximity to the slopes is amazing. We loved the jacuzzi to relax after a full day of skiing. Thanks for a great week!

Great location for family, very comfortable clean condo
Our family of 4 stayed here for a week with grandparents joining us for a few days. The condo was clean and roomy for our group. Each room was stocked with a humidifier and fan, which was appreciated. The kitched had everything we needed to cook our meals. We rented mountain bikes for the week and it was nice having the garage to keep them in and the location was great for us to bike all around. Short ride the the village and tram up to the mountain. The town loop runs right by the condo. Spa was great for relaxing after a day of riding (and it was clean). The balconies have a gorgeous view. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening.
Check in was a breeze. It was great having a washer and dryer.
The layout is the 3 bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms (one in the master), bathroom, living room and kitchen in the middle floor and garage and entry on the first floor. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have TVs, would have been nice for the 3rd to have a TV (for grandma) but isn't that big of a deal.
We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely stay here again. We want to come back in winter and ski from Eagle lodge, which is super close.

There were a few things we had questions about when we got there and they were address immediately. The manager was great. I would definitely stay here again.

such a cozy place to stay and convenient to hiking, restaurants and a place to stay in for the night to eat and relax. very comfortable and all the amenities we needed! would stay in this unit again.

Everything we can ask for
We booked this as sort of a last minute getaway. Found a great deal on this site. Great amenities in a great location. Too bad at the time when we went Eagle Lodge was already closed for the winter season but even then we still enjoyed the location as it was quiet and not as busy. We would definitely stay here again hopefully during the middle of snowboard season.
The place was spacious for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We made full use of their kitchen and the private jacuzzi. All appliances were updated and working.

Truly an Oasis...
What a pleasure to stay there, and a pleasant stay! The location was perfect. The property was ideal. I can't tell you how key the wonderfully maintained Jacuzzi was for me and the family. I would stay here again and again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location
This is a terrific townhome, walking distance to Eagle Lodge. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Perfect for our week of skiing. Would love to return.

Great stay
Had a little initial trouble locating the key box at the management site, however once I called them, they patiently directed us where to go. Overall, the property was very homey and clean; I did find some hair in the shower of the main bathroom on the 2nd floor, was a bit of a turnoff but nothing drastic. Overall we found this to be a cozy property, everything was accessible and organized. Was greatly appreciative that all appliances/cable/wi-fi were in perfect working order. It made for a very nice stay.

Great place for families
Our family of four had a great stay. Walk to the lifts and 5min drive to the market. Having a dedicated garage and first floor landing kept all our gear organized and the living spaces clean from snow and water getting tracked in.

Great location, needs updating
We booked this unit for 3 nights for my two kids, my husband and I, and my in-laws for our annual fall visit. Unfortunately the fires were raging and air quality was terrible. We tried to cancel/postpone but were told that wasn’t an option. The unit has a wonderful location however there were more than a few repairs that need to be made. The oddest one was one of the bedroom doors doesn’t close because it’s blocked by the bed frame. Other things were a tv remote didn’t work, one bathroom shower didn’t function correctly, and other little things. They did offer to send someone out to address what they could but nothing was dire enough to coordinate immediate actions. We had to leave a day early because the smoke was too much overnight (no ac). It was still good to get away and appreciate the communication from the mammoth property management.

The hot tub was a HUGE bonus, the fireplace was cozy, the leather couch was delicious, and we cooked meals every night in the well-equipped kitchen.

Summer vacation in Mammoth
This townhouse had very good accommodations. The garage was perfect parking for two vehicles. The unit was very clean, however, the showers need updating; grout and tile. Excellent location. Nice and quiet but close enough to the village and Old Mammoth Road. The check in and out process was clear and simple. Nice place.

Quick fishing trip
The accommodations were exactly is described. The beds and rooms were comfortable and linens were fresh. The balcony was perfect for evening cocktails and a steak BBQ. It was perfect for our Mammoth stay. It would be a perfect location during ski season specially with the hot tub.

Amazing home and location
The townhome is beautiful - spacious and well decorated, and perfectly located at the base of a ski lift. Great summer experience and can’t wait to winter! The owners really take great care!

It Worked for Us
We chose this spot to facilitate a family vacation. My son has a condo across the road at Juniper Springs Resort so it was great to have this 3 bedroom to share with daughter and her family. It didn't turn out right for no reason related to the property, daughter's family had some illness so decided they had to cancel. Property is well appointed and easy to get used to. Went in and out the kitchen door mostly, by the nicely located and fully functional spa which was much appreciated. Would come back here anytime - but be sure you know when Eagle side is opening or closing if you're there for the skiing.

Awesome Location
We enjoyed our stay! Had lots of great time by the fire and enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to the mountain. We walked to the ski lift every day!

Great rental close to the slopes. The place is very clean and cozy. Loved having the attached garage and private jacuzzi. Only negative was the refrigerators water and ice maker didn’t work. Disappointing for the price you pay

Weekend Getaway in Mammoth
Really nice place to stay for the weekend. The house is spacious, clean and super close to the lifts. Hot tub was amazing too!
Management is very responsive. There was a issue with one of the door handles and they sent someone the next day (which was a Saturday) to fix it.
Definitely recommend this place!

Everything we needed and more!
We stayed here the last week of June. The home was comfortable and neat and had everything that we needed for our vacation. We ate most of our meals at home and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the deck was beautiful.

Good but a few issues
Stay was great, but the place had a few issues. The air conditioning would not respond, the master bathroom door would not close all the way, one of the guest bedrooms was missing the window crank to open it, and the guest bedroom shower wasn't switching to the shower mode, forcing them to shower downstairs.

We visited mid June. Was absolutely fantastic. View was breathtaking from 3rd floor. Comfy and beautiful.I would go back next year.

Great ski condo
We recently stayed here with a group of six adults. The condo was the fourth we have rental in Mammoth this ski season and by far our favorite. It is close to the lifts, well equipped, and nicely furnished. The private hot tub was a nice bonus as was the ability to walk to the lifts.

Wonderful accomodations, fantastic location
Luxurious accomodation close to Eagle lodge. Walked 5 min to the lodge for skiing every day. All of the arrangements to access the condo was easy via email. Hot tub in the back was convenient. Toiletries were great-C.O. Bigelow. Will be back!

Unbelievable location with great amenities
My family and I visited Juniper Crest 3 in April and had a lovely time. We did have some issues that came up during our stay, but the staff on location were on site and helped out immediately. The representatives at Natural Retreats also did what they could to help out. The jacuzzi was definitely one of the highlights! The technology could use some updating (specifically the TVs), but that's not the reason why we came to Mammoth so it wasn't a big deal. We will definitely be back to Juniper Crest next season!!

Amazing location and townhome
Location was about 5min walk to Eagle chairlift. Rooms were cozy and the two smaller rooms were a bit tight but our entire group was comfortable. Hot tub was accessible even with all the snow (watch out for the ice though). We even forgot a speaker in the house and they mailed it to us afterwards!
