Fantastic location in the old part of Cavtat, very close to all main restaurants but far enough from the main street to have a little peace and quiet! We particularly liked the private terrace and thought the place was amazing value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Mirjana was so nice amazing lady she gave us many information and help us to organise a taxi to airport. Room was spotless clean and everything was very nice and pleasant. Thank you Mirjana for your lovely hospitality we hope to come again.

We love everything

The flat is very comfortable and well positioned. The main peninsular and restaurants/cafes are just a short walk away. The property is up a charming stone pedestrian street giving it a truly Mediterranean feel. The flat had amenities and was well kept.

Whilst the flat was great it has to be one of the most bizarre check-in experiences I have experienced. My fiancé and I drove from Podgorica and tried to give as accurate check-in time as possible since we would cross two borders and we knew there would be traffic. We even sent a message on the day to let them know we would arrive in 3-4 hours (which we did). However, when we arrived no one was at the property, one of the guests told us to find the lady with the keys at a restaurant at the bottom of the street. She was not there and not answering her phone. We waited nearly 25 minutes in the rain (with an electrical storm going on overhead) for her to come back - she had apparently popped out to the shops as she thought we wouldn't arrive at that time - clearly no one had communicated with her to let her know we had set off and were on our way. Thankfully the rest of our experience was lovely.

Location is unreal. Lady who runs it all is lovely! I notice a lot of people turning up complaining about their room size. You need to be more specific with this when booking.

Our 4th stay here it’s lovely but the rooms could deffo do with a freshen up and modernising them

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Cavtat, it had everything we needed and we were helped immediately by the staff and owners if something needed to be fixed. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. The location is superb. We'd love to come back!

Lovely large fresh and very clean modern appartment. The lovely Marianna went out her way to makesure I was happy and comfortable. Coffee machine including coffee pods, toaster, kettle, hairdryer and great aircon.

Nothing I didnt like. Its exactly what I expected. I will definitely use them again. I would choose the room with a balcony next time. Over all great value for money.

For self catering kitchen needs more utensils, glasses, needs small plates,mugs for tea or coffee,bread knife and egg lifter from the pan

Great Villa. It had everything we needed and was fabulously located. Was greeted and given the key at agreed time and was also checked on after a day to make sure everything was OK for us. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.

I will forever be grateful to the owners and Miriana for their incredible kindness to me when my husband was hospitalised after a serious accident last week. Thank you so much. Patricia

Nothing comes to mind. To access the location, you must be able to climb stairs.

Fantastic location really close to the harbour and walking path. We stayed on the top floor and it was a large space.

Bed wasn't the most comfy but was fine for the 4 nights. Had to ask for new towels.

Location was great. Apartment was nicely laid out. Comfy form bed!

Rundown place, furniture was very worn. Dirty. Ant problem, to the point they were crawling on my neck when sitting on the couch. Patio needed to be cleaned and swept. Needs better maintenance overall. Even batteries in the AC remote.

A beautiful studio decorated, furnished and cleaned to a very high standard; it felt very luxurious with everything you could need. The location is perfect and our host, Mirjana was so helpful and accommodating - she made our stay really delightful. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Great and dear host, made us feel like home.

Clean and comfortable facilities. The hotel is in good, very quiet location near the harbor, bars and plenty of restaurants. Perfect location for early flights from Dubrovnik Airport.

After 7PM you can't get with the car to the center of the city more - accessible to residents only (keep it in mind when you have to carry large luggage). Nearest parking is paid (10 kuna/1h, also at night).
