The location is nice, and the furniture and room decorations look really stylish. The breakfast is Chinese but sufficient.

There was a smell of smoke everywhere, a little in the rooms, too much in the bar where the breakfast is served. I couldn’t really enjoy the bath tub because the hot water stopped in the middle of filling in. So the room with the bath tub was really overpriced. A lot of noise at night from some machines (air conditioning or so) somewhere outside the room, very disturbing. The price didn’t fit the level of comfort.

Location which is right in front of the lake, therefore it offers a fantastic view.

The contact person can speak English so it was ok. Able to communicate before arrival. Staff if you asked are generally helpful. Good location

Noise from people going up and down stairs all the time. Breakfast isn’t very good especially for foreigners I mean we are foreigners and have stayed at many place but breakfast at this place is probably one of the worse - not even have tea to serve - when I asked for tea I was given warm water. The bedsheet smells like smoke /cigarettes a bit and the curtain are molded :( I think maximum we can put up with probably two night - wall papers are molded

The property was right in the lake - you walk out the back door and it’s just there. Spectacular scenery. Just what we wanted having been in Shanghai for 6 months.

Wet room for our bathroom. Some people like them but it’s not my bag.

A nice traditional no-frills lakefront hotel with a balcony and a view of the lake. Staff welcoming and friendly. They helped arrange a day trip around the lake with a Mosuo driver and this was a real highlight, giving us a chance to see everything. 300 for the driver and money well spent! All good - nothing to dislike. The breakfast may not be to everyone's taste, but there are many options nearby.
