Spacious premises, well equipped. High ceilings. The house is situated in countryside. Additional attraction - friendly cats living in the area.

We asked for breakfast one day during our stay and it was a very nice breakfast for the price. The host came and delivered breakfast to us and made fresh eggs and heated up crepes he had made at his home next store. Very tasty. The apartment is large and rooms are comfortable. The location was lovely and the host had very friendly cats wandering the property that my kids loved petting.
There is only one bathroom that contains the toilet, shower, and bathroom sink. We had 7 guests and this was a little difficult. Having one extra room with a toilet would have been really nice. So someone could shower while another guest used the bathroom etc to make it a little easier to get ready in the mornings.

It's a super interesting venue - lovely industrial loft feeling with nice pieces or furniture - made by the host - and art. Photos look great and overall it has the wow factor as a property itself when you enter. The hosts are nice, the place is spacious with all amenities needed. Comfortable.
There's an overall feeling that the place isn't really cared for or looked after. Some of the furniture - especially around the fireplace - looks really worn down and unclean. The fireplace and surrounds is super dirty. The kitchen area and utensils ect also look really worn and though there has been cleaning - the toilet bowl, doors, some of the furniture looks really run down and unkept. Place would be amazing with a little extra care for cleanliness and overall maintenance.

Spacious, large rooms
Heating was not efficient. A lot of damage to appliances, furniture and missing the finishing touches. Feels like unfinished construction or poorly maintained. Cats outside constantly trying to enter the villa and my vehicle. Definitely NOT luxury!

The host family was great to work with and very welcoming. The rooms are very expansive and well-appointed. The breakfast was absolutely incredible.
There is no air conditioning which is no surprise in many parts of Europe, but that means the windows need to be open. The problem is that none of the windows have screens, so you also invite in a few extra friends for the evening.

I stayed here tonight and I must say that i have 0 complaints. The place is beautiful and really makes you feel like royalty. The owners/staff are great as well provided a nice breakfast and in general were very friendly. Would 100% recommend and cannot wait to come back!
