Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , Leckeres Frühstück,

Wir könnten unseren Hund mitnehmen und im Aufenthaltsraum haben wir am Abend noch Tischtennis gespielt und gekickert.

Rundherum für unseren Aufenthalt in Görlitz war es sehr schön. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und die Räumlichkeiten sind großartig angelegt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Die Apartments sind schön saniert und eingerichtet auf der Höhe der Zeit. Besonders das Bad mochten wir.

Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine sollte schon möglich sein.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kenne das Haus noch aus früheren Zeiten. Wahnsinn was daraus gemacht wurde. Top saniert und da war jemand am Werk der einen sehr guten Geschmack für Einrichtung hat. Das ganze Haus sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück klasse. Ich kann nicht mehr sagen außer das wir wieder buchen werden 👍

Eine andere Art Hotel. Locker, leger. Im EG riesige Räumlichkeiten, großer Frühstücksraum (kein Vergleich zu sonstigen Hotels) mit Buchecke, Kicker u T-Tennisplatte (alles kostenlos). Frühstüchk sehr gut und wird auch permanent nachgelegt. Frühes Erscheinen kein Muß Uraltes Haus, Top saniert, mit viel Charme

Es gab wirklich nichts zu kritisieren. Haben wir selten bis kaum bei sonstigen Hotelaufenthalten.

Die Ausstattung ist toll! Alles sehr hochwertig und liebevoll zusammengestellt und dekoriert. Das Bad war toll, die große Dusche und die freigelegten Mauerwerkswände in unserem Bad haben uns begeistert. Die kleine Küche hat alles geboten, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Wahlweise unten frühstücken zu gehen ist eine tolle Option! Der großzügige Bereich im EG mit den Spielmöglichkeiten ist toll.

Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße (wir kommen vom Dorf und in einer Stadt muss man/frau eben damit rechnen). Mit geschlossenem Fenster war es kein Problem! Der Getränkeautomat wollte mit Kleingeld gefüttert werden- ein Problem für Kartenkinder…Aber ein tolles Angebot.

Great place in an amazing location. We loved the apartment decoration and comfort and enjoyed every bit of the space available.

Central, large rooms

Very clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the play area downstairs. Loved how the whole place was renovated.

Beautiful restoration of the property Comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage and hanging space. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Lack of amenities in the bathroom, body lotion, shower cap. Fridge was turned off and although coffee and tea were supplied there was no milk.

Great recreational area, with ping pong table and other games. My kids had a blast. Great breakfast and we had a very nice and spacious apartment. Great value for money.

Perfect location - easy to walk to most of the restaurants and the tram, even the train station is just a 10min walk. The breakfast at VIAs is great as there aren't many breakfast options around - it's always the same though, but for what you're getting it's really good - buffet style with a coffee machine and always fresh fruits, croissants, rolls, jams, cheeses, cold meats, scrambled and boiled eggs etc. Would definitely come back here again. There's also a small library and entertainment area downstairs with table tennis and foosball - perfect for when you need to pass some time. If you're planning on staying at VIAs be sure to go out and about and explore.

We stayed in the loft apartment for two nights, The facilities were excellent and the reception staff and employees were very friendly and helpful. Centrally located in Gorlitz. Would have no hesitation about returning. Also breakfast is very nice.

Exceptional breakfast buffet with huge variety of hot and cold offerings – everything looked freshly prepared. Presentation was beautiful. They accommodated our request for Gluten Free food graciously and provided excellent gluten free buns and seemed to understand the need to avoid cross-contamination. Lots of other options as well such as cheeses, yogurts and gluten free cereal. The property is a beautifully restored old building that blends modern tasteful decor with original historic elements. Public space on the ground level is huge with lots of seating and activity options, our room was huge with a large bathroom and shower. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything necessary for full meal preparation. We booked this property based on other high reviews, and even so our expectations were exceeded. We would definitely stay here again!

We have to stretch to find a fault... perhaps some more information in the room about the facility and amenities that are provided would be helpful. For non-German speakers, some information in English or French would be welcome. The original wooden floors in the rooms are very neat, but practically speaking there are a lot of cracks in which to lose small items. A few wall hooks in the bathroom near the shower or door would be convenient, as well as a soap dish in the shower.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The location is very central. The breakfast is fantastic and worth the money.

No free parking, it is rather pricey, the rooms are not cleaned very often.

A full apartment with modern amenities for a cheap price! Perfect location!

Great location, very close to the Old town. Great conception of the hotel. Huge rooms, cosy atmosphere and everything is clean! We arrived quite late but the keys were left in the secret box for us. Ping-pong table, football table, Netflix, etc.. You won't be bored! A highly recommended place to stay! We will come back for sure)

Beautifully renovated most spacious apartment. Rustic with a modern touch. Quirky features like a crooked bedroom floor with the original floorboards which makes this authentic. Great bathroom with good quality towels. Air con in lounge and superb ceiling fan in bedroom if required! Shower lets it down a bit - we were on the top floor so perhaps this affects the water pressure and it takes a long time to shower but this didn’t trouble us and there is the option to run a quick bath! We loved spending time in the apartment itself it was so comfortable and atmospheric. Close enough to the beautiful old town. Good arrangement with garage across the road for safe parking at 6 euros per day for longer stays. Easy to ‘cross the border to Poland’ over the historic old bridge. Option of breakfast in a really lovely lounge area though we chose to self cater as loved dining in! Lovely helpful and friendly staff. One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. Would love to visit again
