Absolutely amazing hotel! Fabulous interior, two fireplaces, spectacular view, super large room. Breakfast was good as well: a selection of breads, jams and cereals, plus an omelette prepared just for you. Perfect!

The only thing I would say is that it is not suitable at all for disabled - there are 20 steps up to the property and then lots of difficult stairs to the rooms . If you are able bodied it’s fab ! Was surprised there was city tax on top of booking fee

Everything was great, we had a wonderful stay. The hostess who is well informed on great places to visit during our stay in Etretat. The property is beautifully decorated and the rooms are themed. If you love Lupin, ask for the mystery room. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of options.

The house was stunning. The grand entrance to the house with elaborate stairs was stunning. The spiral stairway leading to the rooms is narrow and old, but what do you expect in a historical mansion: Castelle De La Theresse. The home decor matches the house. I like it. Room - spacious for a double bed. The green motif of the room matches even the key to the room. BED - is the most comfortable comforter I ever slept in. We have been traveling since June 2022 and were in 12 hotels/b&b since. Breakfast - I had the best croissants I ever tasted. My poached egg was perfect. Cut up fresh fruits (the peach was delicious!) and varied selections of bread including spreads and cheese were available. The breakfast table is nicely set. Staff - very nice people. The host provided us information were to have dinner and how to get to the cliffs/church even though he only spoke French. The staff during breakfast (the lady and the young lady did not speak any english at all). But they were very nice and the translation app helped a lot.

We only stayed for one night to see the Etratat cliffs. The creaky stairs and floors and the voices from the other rooms travel through the walls.

one of the best hotels we have stayed in (and we travel a lot!) to come back. very nice.

beautiful, charming French mansion with outstanding views of the English channel and the little town! A gem which offers not only a piece of history as part of its exquisite french interior design and decor but also an amazing “local products” breakfast! Warmly recommended to the traveller that seeks that little “something extra”!

The rooms are not sound isolated, as can be expected in historic buildings such as this one

Perfect location on the edge of town with great views, lovely breezes. Charming place, a little quirky but also elegant, lots of nice touches. Very helpful, multilingual host. Excellent quality breakfast. Parking available at the property.

Lots of stairs, as is clear in the photos. Not really a problem but good to be aware.
