Warm staff. Central location makes visiting easier, but if i had known Etretat was so small i’d have booked farther out closer to free parking and walked my way to the centre. Parking close to the hotel is with a fee daytime (3€/h)

Gross shower and window, clearly untouched at cleaning times (se pics). In my opinion cleanliness is the basics regardless of hotel class, hence the bad review. The bedsheeta looked clean. We didn’t say anything because reception was closed when we found out in the evening. The building is very old, with dark walls and small sink. If mobility is a concern, this hotel has narrow and cracking spiral staircase with floormat on. Consder staying in the nearby villages like for example Yport.

low expectation because of the review, but actually it was very nice!!! we stayed in the room for : person on the second floor, every thing was clean and new. Perfect location and good price. only the blanket was quite thin, a little bit cold in the night. but I would recommend here to stay in Etretat if your budget is limited!!

The location is strategic

- room is not clean, never open the cabinet, they never clean it - bed is not good - wall is full of dust - bathroom not cleaned properly - you can hear anything from the room, even your neighbour - there's no staff if you want to have early check out

They still have bugs in the bed linen as I got bug bites the next day. It's overpriced for such a tiny room and it's not even high season. Breakfast is too expensive (9 €). It's ok for young people but for elderly it might be a problem to get upstairs and especially when you have luggage

I checked in this hotel and I stayed for two nights. In first night bed bugs attacked me and my friend but we weren't sure it was them. We ask to change the bed sheet but the hotel told no as it was changed just yesterday. In evening suddenly I started getting reaction on my whole body. When we get back to hotel there was no one in hotel reception to help us.

When we get back to hotel there was no one in hotel reception to help us. We search in room and found bed bugs and nest of bed bugs under the bed see the photos I have uploaded. I am badly infected with it and it destroyed my vacation. Because of bed bugs I am not able to go to work for 5 days. Which is huge lost. Next day I complained to hotel reception they weren't not ready to take responsibility. Even though they show photo and stuff still they weren't ready and they disrespected us very badly in french. I don't know what to do I wanna file a complain against hotel.
