Great place ! The room was huge, very clean and beautiful. I had a really good time at the restaurant and pub. Nice and friendly people, silent room, bathtub... 😊 Oh, and very very good breakfast and food ! Totally worth the price, I will come back !

Service at breakfast was so slow. Only one person doing everything.. they were saying that they cannot get staff.... then they need to pay them more.

Limited parking. Getting up and down the stairs with luggage is a bit of a hassle. Need to walk a ways to enter apartment but we’ll worth it all.

Breakfast was great, well presented, relatively healthy.. grilled rather than fried. Beautiful decor for a building of its age. The room, 3 we were in was very comfortable warm and quiet despite a band in the bar. Totally recommend

Not their fault but getting taxis in Downpatrick is distinctly hit or miss. Best result was Vinny of VC Cabs out of Crossgar.

Staff so helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, warm and welcoming after a long day and it was late by the time I got there. Room was quaint but modern, charming and warm like the whole establishment. Everything available for your convenience. Room was quiet with traditional features. Lovely facilities, bathroom was excellent. Room was large and light. breakfast was delicious and they had fancy smokey mushrooms on the full irish which were devine. Staff so kind and patient with my son from start to finish. Such an easy going welcoming place they obviously work hard to keep it so good but the effort doesn't show as they have the professional ease about them.

I arrived with my 3 year old grandson, we were given room 1 , which was directly above the bar, the room was very outdated and nothing like the advertised pictures of the more modern rooms . My grandson would not stay in the room , possibly sensed a ghost lol. I took him back home to Carrickfergus and drove down the next morning to return keys and at least make use of the breakfast, but he refused completely to go back into the building 🤣
