The hotel has a extravagant reception area Late check out was great.

- The breakfast had eggs with clear raw slim on the yoke which was absolutely revolting, the bacon was so thin and burn to brick hard stage. The breakfast was the worst I have been severed in any establishment in in NI and I'd say it is horrific to serve food cooked using the methods that are being used and the entire experience for a guest needs looked at by management and revised. The room I booked had a balcony, I was looking forward to this and selected the room based on this but my room had no balcony. The electrics in my room went of in the middle of me wishing my child happy birthday and we had to have three staff spend almost a hour to establish the issue located in the bathroom. The electrics went of multiple times in my room after this but my partner was able to find the fuse box on these occasions. I was charged a extra 35 pounds apon arrival that I wasn't expecting to pay for a extra bed on a trolley I didn't want. I was later refunded this 35 by a lovely member of staff. My room had very high ceilings and was cold threw out the night until heating came in the next morning. I didn't think this hotel was as it presented itself to be in a few ways, as to have such a super looking reception and serve slap dash dog food for breakfast isn't in line with the fabulous look. Staff where great during my stay and the property was clean.

The location is perfect for getting around the City

The bed was really uncomfortable I woke up with. Soar back. The TV only had foreign channels. I couldn't get any of the local UK channels.

NOTHING ... the staff were spot on, we liked the convenient outside area. I had to wait ages for my wife and daughter to get ready. I sat downstairs, and a member of staff said, 'Fancy a coffee?' Not sure if they just felt sorry for me, sitting and waiting for such a long time but the coffee was an amazing gesture, thanks

Really nice modern hotel. Big room and comfy beds. The hotel grounds were very nice and well maintained.

The restaurant past breakfast was very poor. Lifts rather slow.

Was lovely and clean and the decor was fab, the shower in our room was amazing

O pátio em volta do hotel fica com as luzes desligadas, o que deixa o acesso dos pedestres muito escuro. Muito problema de manutenção. Tomadas que não funcionam. A única lâmpada de teto do quarto estava queimada deixando o quarto bem escuro para por exemplo fazer a maquiagem. O ralo da pia do banheiro parcialmente entupido. O vaso sanitário encardido.
