Eric is a natural and attentive host. He has thought of everything one might need and our room and bathroom were really well thought out, very comfortable and splendidly equipped. Breakfast is a feast. Truly this attention to detail and quality of facilities is worthy of a 4* hotel and with better service. We would come back with friends or family and reserve both rooms.

Excellent breakfast provided everyday. Eric was extremely helpful with everything, plenty of amenities provided, really outstanding service. Laundry service was free of charge and he even drove my girlfriend to the doctors office when she was sick. Staying here next time I visit Cannes

20 minutes outside of the centre, but not a big issue as the buses leave very often.

Fantastic apartament, breakfast delicious and big, owner very nice and helpfull, he takes care about every detail. Protected parking, not far from the center (by car).

The bed was comfortable, room has everything, breakfast was excellent, the food quality and quantity were excellent and Eric was very attentive and served everything perfectly.

The only comment I have regarding breakfast was the milk, it was sour/about to go off and the small milk pots for coffee and tea were off. There was no face soap in the bathroom, just hand gel.

Everything was great. Very nice apartment, well equiped with lot of details, which are above standart. Owner is very kind and helpfull. Parking is very good, behind the gate, room is comfortable, Netflix and fast internet including as well as many other usefull trifles. And I can not forget to mention awesome breakfast, probably the best on our trip. Very suitable accommodation!

Great stay away from the center (easily reachable by bus). Very comfortable. Great hosts. Very tasty breakfast. A lot of gadgets and electronics in the room. Very nice, clean bathroom.

Breakfast was great, the host cares a lot about his guests, and the home-baked cookies tasted great. The parking was ok too. While the room is a bit small (the one without the balcony), the amenities in there are great, including color lights, fridge, small desk, AmazonTV and Netflix.

The bathroom is shared with another room.

Super friendly host, Eric, giving a warm welcome. Very clean and homely feel. You're really taken care of but it's still very private. Very practical, eye for detail. The breakfast is delicious! Homemade, fresh produce, fresh bread. A quircky but lovely place I will be happy to return to in the future!! Even if you don't like to share a bathroom, there are only 2 rooms and the bathroom is cleaned after every use.
