The apartment was clean , tidy and comfortable. It’s reasonably large and situated in a good location handy for the Cercolare C bus and easy walking distance to the heart of Orvieto. We felt very comfortable there and our host was extremely helpful and available when needed. Recommended

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped with a good location for accessing Orvieto. It was easy to park a car nearby.

This is a wonderful apartment the only suggestion might be to have an electric kettle enable TV streaming for such as Netflix etc

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Michele was super nice and accommodating.

Michele was the perfect host. He provided everything needed to be comfortable, including basic food for breakfasts and other meals. When we ended up stranded at the train station, he and his lovely daughter picked us up in two cars to accommodate five travelers and their luggage! Above and beyond!

If I had to pick something to criticize, I’d say that by American standards, the apartment was warm. However, it was an incredible heat wave, so this will not be a typical experience. But with no AC, we struggled to stay cool.
