there is no clima in some rooms and becouse a lot of moscito at night we couldnt sleep enough

The whole complex is very modern and Apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable for 6 people. Staff is friendly and the beach is only 100m away. Pool is clean!
Our apartment had only 1 AC, would be nice to have ac in all rooms as its really hot in the summer

Fantastic location, very friendly owners. The swimming pool and the outdoor areas are great. The hosts take such a good care of the gardens, lovely to see them care for the plants. The property is quiet and close to everything, perfect for a family vacation. We have really enjoyed our stay!
The bedroom had no AC, only the living room had one. We left the door from the bedroom open to receive some cold air and it worked well. The owners also provided us with a portable fan for the bedroom upon request.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning pool- clean and quiet with comfortable sun beds. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. Location is perfect, a few metres from the beach and two nice sunset bars. Beba the host even gave one of us a birthday present which was very friendly!

Hi guys, we stayed at this lovely place for a week and we cant wait to come back. Seriously, if you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable, kids friendly place, that is close to the sea and everything you need, you have to book this accomodation!

I loved the location, the facilities (sea is in 3 minutes, the pool was big and clean, we had a balcony with a view, and the apartment was wonderfully equipped)

Location was excellent, 50 meters from the nearest beach. The pool and the area around the pool impeccable! We loved complimentary coffee and tea, great coffee machine at your disposal 24/7. Extremely clean, fantastic hosts! Will come back and would recommend it highly to everyone passing Zadar area.
