Очень приятные, сердечные и добрые люди. Приятно жить там, где любят животных: две ласковые собачки и котик. Великолепный вид на окрестности. Просторный, ухоженный двор с цветущими растениями. Комната большая, чистая, со всем необходимым.

Fuimos con mi esposo y dos hijas , ellas disfrutaron mucho de las instalaciones, el desayuno espectacular, Julio y su esposa muy amables y excelentes anfitriones. Nos llevamos un excelente recuerdo. La habitación y servicio impecable.

Un hotel lindísimo con una ubicación y paisaje espectacular. Blanquita y su esposo nos trataron excelente y nos hicieron sentir en casa en todo momento. Totalmente recomendado y me encantaría volver!!!

A peaceful, friendly and clean place to stay in Baños, a little bit outside of the town center so a good night‘s sleep is guaranteed! I loved the warm welcome of the owner, and I adored the two cute dogs and the cat!

Great location. Breakfast was awesome. They even accommodate my diet meals. The owners were very courteous and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful time there

I thought the jacuzzi was included in the room rate but you have to pay extra money for it. Beside that I enjoyed my time at Inti Luna.

We chose this quiet neighborhood location because it was on the outskirts of town and not in the crowded center. (One of the hot springs is just up the same road and easy walking distance). We also traveled with kids and we loved that it had a big green grassy area and outdoor space. The morning breakfast was very good (fresh juice, eggs, bread and coffee). We all LOVED the host dogs, Luna & Gordo and the cat Max. The Hostal has a full menu for lunch & dinner and it’s quite good if you come back late from a full day tour and you don’t want to go into the Center to eat. The owner went above and beyond and helped us arrange for a private driver on the day we left to take us to the Coast. She selected a taxi driver with a lot of experience in a nice 4x4 truck who took good care of us on the 11.5 hour trip. This location is very busy on the weekends when Ecuadorians travel to Banos for a weekend trip. You are so busy doing activities during the day that you come back and rest. The TV has access to Netflix, You Tube and good WiFi.

The view from the garden is priceless!!! It was so nice to have peace and quiet, breakfast in the garden. Something I’ve come to appreciate later in our trip around Ecuador. The family really tried to accommodate to my breakfast preference and I even got beautiful, tasty pancakes one morning. We also forgot our card at the accommodation and within seconds they ran to help us retrieve it at the bus station.

The only downside was that the shower took a while to heat up.
