I loved this place the staff were amazing always working hard and really nice the breakfast was lovely and would recommend this for anyone

the pillow was extremely hard and the price was slightly different to what booking.com said but it was nice so I didn’t mind paying an extra 12 dollars

The filtered drinking water was always plentiful. Also, Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful. He recommended a great ice cream shop, and was pleasant to talk with.

Location is excellent and breakfast as well.

Room was nice and cosy and the hostal itself is nice. There is a kitchen you can use. Location is nice, a little bit away from the centre, but still at walking distance.

There was absolutely no soundproofing at all. You could hear the noises from the street like you were sleeping there. Same with the noises from the hallways and neighbour rooms. Really unpleasant if you want to go to sleep relatively early. . Neighbour ecuatorian family was taking 2 hour long shower late in the evening - and it sounded like you were in the shower yourself.. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a good sleep and rest in silence. At least not at the weekends when people are coming here to party. Don't come to Baños at weekends unless you want to see crowds of people doing basic stupid partying. Cable channels weren't working at all, just one, others all blurry.

The breakfast is great and the employees are very nice and helpful.

Lack of cover regarding the temperature

Great quiet location, just a 10 minute walk to the center of Baños. Beautiful property with a nice garden with flower and birds. Everything was as advertised: clean rooms, comfortable beds, wifi, secure parking, and a good breakfast. The staff was super friendly. They washed our clothes for us for a small fee. We would definitely stay here again!

The hot water would sometimes take a while to heat up, no big deal.

The staff especially the owner Bolívar made me feel really special and helped me when I needed it, from rides to coordinating to recommendations. Thank you 🙏

The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. In addition, if you include your breakfast, it’s all made from scratch. You have the views of the mountain and have a lot of open space to stretch and enjoy the view. On top of that, you can get a full body massage for only $25 for an hour

Breakfast is made from scratch when requested. In addition, they amazing masseuse for an incredible prize. Every staff member is extremely welcoming and willing to help throughout the entire trip.

Don Bolivar is an excellent host. The two ladies in the kitchen are very nice, clean and prepare an amazing breakfast. We will return soon!

Good breakfast and warm shower when there is water. On the 2nd day we didn’t have water at all. The lady was really nice.

Really small double bed but comfy. Really high pillow so can’t sleep on the belly. Location isn’t 10mn from the center but a good 15mn to the Central Park and it’s a dangerous journey as you cross a bridge with cars next to you, high road.
