Elia Penthouse is the perfect holiday place. Spacious inside and amazing outside. The view from the terrace was stunning and the location close to the beach and a short walk to the Old Town of Chania. One could hang out for hours on the terrace to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable. No noise and easy check-in. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen could have been equipped a bit better and the communication before our stay was slow and sometimes confusing.

Spacious apartment on 5th floor with incredible views just as in the pictures. Two bedrooms with 2 shower rooms so ideal for a family with older children. Variety of different seating options on the large balcony. Additional balcony with table and chairs off the kitchen. Lots of great restaurants below the property overlooking the beach. Easy walk into old town and Venetian harbour either along the coast or through the town. Coffee shop /bakery just next to property & short walk to good sized supermarket. Elia staff helpful and happy to give advice/suggestions. Ordered transfer from airport directly with the property which made for a really relaxing trip with a friendly & knowledgeable driver.

Nothing it was perfect. Please note the hot tub was not in use during our stay in April but I believe they are applying for the use of additional hot water so it can be used all year round, so perhaps check before you visit.

The locaton was awesome. We really liked the balconies and view.

The location was perfect. Perfect to the beach and perfect to the center.

We loved our stay at the Elia Penthouse! It’s such a spacious apartment & it was perfect for us. The location is amazing, less than a minute from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the old harbour. The jacuzzi was cold, but we didn’t mind as it was nice to cool off in if sunbathing on the balcony. The kitchen is great, main TV has Netflix, beds are very comfy.

It was difficult to get in contact with the hosts. One of the patio doors doesn’t lock, but there is one key for both the bedrooms. We sent a message to ask if there was a second key so that we could sleep locked in at night, but we got no response. We also asked if there was somewhere we could put out our rubbish, but again we got no response and after 5 days in the apartment we saw 2 cockroaches near the bins. Check out is at 11am, but at 9:50am a cleaner came in asking when we were leaving. Also we arrived an hour early & asked if we could check in early, but we had to wait until 3pm. That is not a complaint as we didn’t ask for early check in, but just warning others if they arrive earlier than expected.

The apartment matches exactly with the photos you see. The view is just wonderful and everything is well provided for. A good shower, 2 decent sized bedrooms and nice open plan lounge and kitchen. We were met on arrival and given a friendly helpful introduction plus some tips for local restaurants. It's a nice 10 minute stroll to the old town, along the waterfront.

The car parking space and access is very tight. With a medium or large size car it would be a challenge however in Nov we found plenty of street parking options nearby.

Everything was very good. A large apartment next to the beach with very space two terraces. Very fabulous view from each terrace. The beach next to the building is just across the street. Perfect location near everything. Short walk to the center. Garage was available if you have a car - very important because it is difficult to park in the street. Very good equipment in the kitchen. Very well working air condition. WiFi is quite good and fast.

The apartment is spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Wifi worked. The terrace is huge with amazing view! Jacuzzi with sunset view- top! Location is perfect, 2 steps from the beach, many Cafes, restaurants nearby.

Just a notice that there is no hot water in jacuzzi, it takes time to warm it up by sun, so depends on weather, ok in summer though
