Great location, very spacious room, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Stuff was amazing! They were SUPERPROFESSIONALS.

The staff was really friendly and professional, adding to the luxurious feel of the hotel. There is enough to choose for breakfast, and the breakfast is very well prepared.

The lighting system didn't always work properly, for instance the bed lights and the light switches in the swimming pool. The whole bathroom gets wet then using the shower.

architecture and design of the place was awesome! it was located in the historical part of city and yeah of course staff were super friendly nice and helpful :) we really enjoyed it!

The room was beautiful and the rooftop terrace was amazing. It was lovely to be able to sit out and look over Chania while in the hot tub. Location was great, everything you could need was within walking distance. I had one of the nicest meals I’ve had in the restaurant, starter, main & dessert were all beautiful. The private pool was great, perfect place to relax and unwind with the pool and steam room. We also got spa treatments which were also great. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you. They were so accommodating. Amazing customer service and provided great advice on Chania.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us detailed check in instructions and made it very comfortable stay for us. The location was ideal.

I can't stress enough how clean, welcoming and beautiful this quiet little hotel is. The design is just so smart, everything makes sense, the rooms are impeccable. The patio is private and still very open, so you get to enjoy the jacuzzi to the fullest. Also, it is important to notw that staff were extremely professional, helpful and reliable. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

no pool no balcony for several rooms, toilete and shower merged so that after shower your toilette seat is wet and you sit in water. overpriced. spa thermal tub looked dirty and only available for one hour else you must pay…

Great breakfast, friendly staff. Enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant. Able to use the spa before we checked in to relax after a long flight. Very nice room with a great shower.

the staff were fantastic-thank you Theodore for the history lesson! the private use of the steam room and indoor pool was a real treat. breakfast options were great and location perfect!

no shower in our Signature suite- but a very large bath. there was a hand shower but we prefer to stand under one.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, to the majesty of the hotel / property, to the cleanliness, architectural delight and comfort of the rooms, we could not have been more impressed. We checked out today after a 3 night stay and are already longing to return. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. Do not think twice about booking here - just do. 10/10 would highly recommend. PS the breakfast is amazing and inquire about the history of the hotel :)

A little more direction as to how we could reach the hotel would have been helpful. The main entrance was located down a side street that google maps was not great at identifying. Parking was difficult to find but the hotel staff was super quick to offer up a list of potential suggestions.

Staff amazing

Staff were oustanding especially the guy who checked us in. Pool and hammam were great and just like the photos and awesome to have it all to yourself. Breakfast really good. Hotel design outstanding, all little details have been thought about. Location only 2 minutes from everything you need and want, property easy to find and in a gorgeous alley We stay at a lot of places but very few are as good as monastery estate. Would 1000% recommend.
