- The private pool, the view over the ocean, it was breathtaking! - The location, only a short drive to the beautiful village of Milina and walking distance to the nearest beach bar (uphill on the way back though!!)

- The pool was supposed to be private but we caught the people in the neighbouring villa using it when we came back to the villa one afternoon. There needs to be a proper fence between the 2 villas, I didn't pay alot of money for a private pool just for some other person to use it. :( - There were no toiletries supplied- no little soap or shampoo for the shower - There was a coffee pod machine but no pods supplied (coffee is very important to me!)

Wonderful stay, accommodation very well equipped, very clean, magnificent view. Very friendly, helpful and generous landlords. 100% to recommend. Thank you elena and christo.

Amazing place with the Most breathtaking view you can ask for. Clean, very nice pool, the apartment without the pool is larger and has a galerry as a bedroom. It is 5 minutes drive from both towns. The kitchen is well equipped.

My only comment is on shower curtain which is too long, and that there is no shampoo and soap.

Stunning views. Gorgeous pool. Beautifully appointed villa. Christos & Eleni were exceptionally accommodating and helpful on our arrival and throughout our stay. The area is charming with some stunning beaches and excellent drives, along with a good selection of tavernas and cafes locally, both in Chorto and Milina. Enjoying nightly sundowners watching the sunset over the Pagasetic Gulf in the peace and quiet was a particular highlight. A very relaxing break which we look forward to repeating!

Christos is a lovely host and took care of us. The villa is set above the coast with breathtaking sea views. We had the apartment with loft bedroom and 2 single sofa beds downstairs. It is beautifully designed and furnished in local character. Highly recommended

Nothing we didn't love. Just a warning that the entrance is up a steep ramp which may limit access for some.

Absolutely stunning apartment with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains in the distance, which you can enjoy from the private pool during the sunset. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and very clean feeling of the whole apartment. The hosts are very lovely 🥰 people, very welcoming and willing to give the best tips about where to eat, what to see and how to make the best of your time there. South Pelion is a wonderful place to explore and staying at Notus Villa will make your holidays just perfect. Thank you for all, Eleni an Christo 🙏🙋

The road to the apartment is quite steep which might be a challenge for some less experienced drivers…Also, make sure you call the host before coming and ask for directions. Don’t rely on GPS instructions only as they might be misleading.

Eleni Is a delicious person, She gave us all the information we need. The accomodation Is very clean and new, with evrithing you need for a perfect and luxury holiday, the most amazing thing is the view, we saw dolphins from our private pool! A real paradise that lets you forget even the beautiful beaches around.
