Vynikající přístup majitelů,pěkné vše Velká spokojenost

Bardzo fajny obiekt dla osób podróżujących z dziećmi. Jest część sypialna, gdzie znajdują się wszystkie łóżka oraz oddzielny salon z kuchnią i dużym stołem. Łazienka jest przestronna, dzięki czemu nie jest w niej duszno. Tuż obok rzeka i ścieżki rowerowe. Faktycznie mieszkanie jest obok linii kolejowej, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to w nocy. Z kolei dla dzieci to była wielka atrakcja. Właściciele bardzo uprzejmi, szybko odpowiadający na smsy/wiadomości. Mieszkanie ma potencjał, którego nie wykorzystaliśmy przy krótkim pobycie.

This place FAR exceeded expectations!! A large apartment with every necessity close enough to walk. And in the evening, having dinner whilst looking at the Elbe River from the comfort of the deck, with the oiled wood beneath our feet, and the roof sheltering us from the spring rain, this place was like a dream come true!

Super cute, there is everything you need. Suitable for home-office, Wi-Fi is good. Very clean and comfortable. Warm in winter. I would love to return again, it is really nice and in the beautiful location.

Not really bad, but to notice for overly sensitive people (like myself). We were there in winter and they use wood heating together with adjustable heathers, which works great for keeping the warm. But too sensitive/allergic people (like me) can have troubles when the air from the wood heating comes through special pipes to the rooms. If you’re not too sensitive, everything is good, my husband did not even feel anything.

the apartment is super spacious and super clean, have whole apartment for myself. the host is very nice too even we couldn’t communicate in English😅

Everything was perfect. I wish every apartment was like this one, Kitchen equipment and others room was excellent.

Location is really nice. Very good to reach also by public transport, by train railwaystation Boletice nad Labem and by Decin citybus from Decin hl.n. (central trainstation) bus 229, 209 and 232 untill final busstop Nebocany and bus 450. View of river, mountains, house is very clean, host is very nice and everything is amazing comfortable. Probably better then your own home. Shower, bathroom is very luxious as well.

No shops in the village Nebocany. However on foot you walk 1 kilometer north to Boletice or take the bus two stops (209, 229, 232 or 450) you will reach a village Boletice nad Labem where there is a shop, pizzeria or all the way to Decin where you have really big supermarkets, it will take 20 minutes by bus (22 Kc one ticket, pay in cash exact amount in the bus).
