The property was clean, well kept, and gorgeous. The owners were very kind, nice, and helpful. They gave us a tour of their property . It was a pleasure to see their beautiful garden. If you’re country people and don’t mind early and late sounds of nature (frogs, roosters, birds, etc…) then this is the place for you! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would certainly recommend this place.

The hosts are nice, the beach is 10 min walk away with a cute bar.

We suggest a motorbike if you want to travel around.

Amazing stay, hosts were extremely courteous and provided free bikes for our entire stay. Organised trips for us to the national marine park and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a more remote getaway. Beautiful stay and beaches, would 100% return.

Would recommend taxis/scooters after dark.

My family wants to say thank you to Kuntalea and Marko for their warm welcome. Their villa was a cozy island of perfect cleanliness, became our home during our stay on Koh Samui. The house is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard with palm trees and a lawn. The house has a kitchen, and there is a nice cafe on the territory, the owners are high-class chefs and can cook different dishes, their pasta was one of the best I ate, they make delicious coffee. They have a rental car, scooters, bicycles. We were also met and escorted by car and during our stay were advised where to go and what to see. Marco, Kuntalee grazie mille e spero ci vediamo!

super beautiful, new, clean... astonishing place owned by a wonderful family who helped us with ferry booking, bike renting, showing us around the island! perfect location: super calm and right next to the supermarket and beaches. best italian and thai food in their restaurant. family atmosphere.

the friendliest hosts on our whole trip. very helpful and warm. amazing food, though they weren’t doing the full menu yet. kids enjoyed the gardens and feeding the chicken leaves. A lovely part of the island, very quiet and chill compared to the rest.

I liked everything. The house was very clean and cozy. The garden was beautiful, a lot of green plants and birds. There is a lovely terrace. The owners are very friendly and thoughtful, they even gave us two bicycles to ride around.

Great location, in the quiet part of the island. Not many tourist, less traffic and lower prices than in Chaweng or Lamai. The owners, Marco and Kuntalee are very friendly, kind and helpful! Excellent property, the house was very nice and clean, with terrace and gorgeous garden. You can cook your own meal there or you can eat in the restaurant at the place, they have great food. And there are many restaurants nearby (5 min by scooter). There is little playground for kids, they gave us some toys for kids as well. Kids lowed the garden, and many butterflies, gecko's and birds flying / running around. Beach is close (700 m), but with scooter you have much more options around so I recommend renting one, it is cheap. You can rent scooter at the place, it is cheaper than elsewhere. Marco and Kuntalle can also arrange some trips and taxi service at better price. Beaches around are very nice, clean, with little tourist, no waves and nearly every day with clear water (great for snorkeling). Some days, we had whole beach for ourselves only. Little shops with basic things are around 200 m away, little bit more far away (3min drive by scooter) is 7Eleven and counters with fruit and vegetables.

Nothing really, this is excellent property. But as on the whole island, there are many mosquitoes in the evening. All windows and doors have nets which is great, but if you want to sit on the terrace in the evening, you will need repellent.

Owners of homes were very friendly and helpful, homemade kitchen from own garden(fruits, vegetables, ...), the house was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, clean, quite.. It was best accommodation what we had in Thailand (compare Bangkok, KohSamui or Phuket)

Quiet area, with beautiful green nature around. Clean and comfortable house. Almost everyday we were enjoying BBQ made of fresh sea food, that you can buy from local fisherman's. 2 nice beaches around with almost no people. (Lipa Noi with white sand and coconut palm trees). Owners are very friendly and supportive, helping with everything you may need (advise, bike rent, transfer, local trips etc.). Absolutely amazing sunsets everyday!!! You will never see something like that from other parts of Samui.

Noise coming from road was a bit disturbing during the night in One Bedroom House.

The best way to describe the experience is to compare it to visiting your aunt and uncle in the countryside. You'll be greatly taken care of by the generous hosts while staying in extreme comfort. It'll be necessary to rent a scooter as the hotel is quite isolated but the hosts will provide one for a price well bellow that of any other hotel or company. Choose this hotel if peace and quiet are more important to you than access to amenities.

Electricity went out for a few hours. Construction on a main road forced visitors to take a longer detour when getting around. None of it was the hotel's fault though. Just worth noting.
