This place has everything. Including beach towels! A great space big enough for our family of 4. It’s a short drive to shops and patrolled beach or walk straight across the road for unpatrolled. Clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by the lovely, friendly host. She gave us the keys and explained everything. The apartment had a lovely view and a fantastic location. Comfortable beds and pillows. It had everything we needed.

Lovely location, good amenities, lots of everything, towels etc And so close to the beach.
Love the painting in the lounge by the way. I grew up in Tauranga so I recognised the scene straightaway.
Would recommend to anyone.

Very comfy and spacious. Perfect location on the beach. Even had a nice friendly cat who came to visit us each day.
We had a car so wasn't a problem for us but not in easy walking distance to restaurants etc

Beautiful apartment Well set up for suitcases and handy to the beach and shopping centre.
Plenty of towels and robes . Great shower Enjoyed two restful nights.

We were a bit unsure about staying in someone elses house while they were there, but Patsy was a great host. She was friendly and welcoming, but gave us space to enjoy our holiday.
The property was very close to the beach, and not far to drive to the Mount.
Patsy has obviously tried hard to ensure all home comforts are provided.

We liked the location close to the beach and that they accomodate pets, just an additional charge of $20 as not included in the initial cost. The place was cozy and clean. Owner was very friendly and responds quickly to questions.

We had everything and more! The space was large and we're provided unexpected extras such as milk and toiletries. It was 30sec walk to the beach and close to the arena where our event was. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
