Modern & Large Villa Located On Caribbean Beach
Cette villa moderne pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8-10 personnes et dispose de plus de 5000 pi. Ca. d'espace de vie et de terrasses. Il dispose d'un grand salon, TV écran plat avec DVD, salle à manger, cuisine avec toutes les commodités d'une cuisine moderne, buanderie, 4 salles de bain complètes, chacune avec une douche. Une grande terrasse sur le salon et un autre hors d'une chambre en bord de mer.

Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great.

We had a great time during our stay. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and all the amenities we needed and then some (beach towels, even sunscreen, some toiletries, well-stocked kitchen). The house location was also perfect - directly outside the main gate was where you could catch the bus which was very simple to use and they came by every 5 min or so. The house is so close to the water, we so enjoyed just watching the water the whole time. It was quite humid when we were there so we couldn't really open the doors to enjoy the breeze but sitting outside was still quite nice and the views just went on forever. Access to the bar was quite literally only about 20 steps away from the back deck which was quite convenient. We did several excursions during the week and were able to get pickup with all of them from the resort lobby so no need to rent a car which saved some money. And Miriam was amazing, was very accessible to answer any question we had over the week, always so friendly and accommodating. We also took advantage of her suggestion to hire Chef Mar to come cook for us nearly everyday and that was the best decision ever! Talk about being able to relax and not have to worry about cooking or cleaning up after - it was heaven! Amazing food and she was so accommodating to come whenever we needed her to. Such a great vacation, would definitely book there again. Do it - you won't regret it.

My wife and I took our 5 kids age 14-26 plus a son and daughter in law to this fantastic home on the beach. We usually are go, go, go on vacation, but the amazing view of the ocean, roomy comfortable living area and beach right off our spacious patio had us taking our time every morning before heading out to adventures. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean. We are talking about coming again already. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

This was my first time using VRBO. My siblings and I aged 55-72 with one youngster aged 21 years had a wonderful experience. My initial contact with Miriam was 6 months before my arrival. She responded to every text and phone call immediately. Miriam assisted with Transportation to and from the villa. , day trips, shopping, and other places of interest. We used Chef. Mar who cooked 4 meals for the family and on our last day a Mexican fiesta complete with a game of loterria. Thank you Miriam we cannot wait to return

We had a great family vacation. The patio had enough chairs for all of us and the beach was not crowded. The only down side of our trip was the wind was very high during our stay, so we were unable to get in the ocean much. The living space was great. All nine of us had plenty of room. The best part of our stay was the private chef, Chef Mar. She was fantastic! Every meal was perfect. We had plenty to eat, but it was so good, we did not have many leftovers. Miriam was extremely helpful. She was quick to communicate and meet our needs. Both Chef Mar and Miriam are 10 out of 10. It allowed us to have a relaxing Spring Break.
Tourist tip: If you decide to take the bus to Wal-Mart, it is very inexpensive and we felt safe. However, if you are returning in the afternoon, we found that all of the buses were overcrowded.

The pictures does not due it justice. This place was great. Miram was great, met us at the shuttle and did a very thorough walk through with us. Chef Mar is highly recommeneded. Cooked us 4 delicious meals! Would definitely use her again!

We had a great time here! Miriam did a great job with our questions before we even arrived and was waiting to welcome our group of 8 when we disembarked at the entrance. She helped us secure transportation from the airport, which was a great start to our vacation. The villa itself was perfect for us and we loved the location. Very clean, modern, and more than enough room. The beach was just a few steps away and the pool area very nice. The highlight of our stay was Chef Mar! We booked her to prepare dinner every night and we’re so glad we did. We can’t recommend her enough. The dinners were outstanding with plenty of food for all. If you’re on the fence about whether to have her cook for you, just do it. We’re already planning a return trip and looking forward to staying here again.

Don’t look any further than this Villa overlooking the beautiful Caribbean turquoise water. You’re still in Cancun, but not by the skyscraper. Hi hotels on the northern strip. Beach was less crowded, and the property immaculate. But the best of all was our host Miriam. She was a ready and willing concierge. And helped us with anything and everything we needed.

I spent the past week with my family, two adult children and husbands, kids (age 7, 3, 2), and my wife. The Condo was facing the ocean, steps to the beach. Pool was adjoining the beach and also great for kids, although cold, without heating.
Didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant at location as we cooked most meals in the condo and had a few nights out.
Cancun is very expensive for meals, and restaurants are not great.
We had fund traveling to Puerto Morelos and Isla Mujeres to enjoy beach without waves for the little kids. Unfortunately, we had surf all days, except the last at the condo beach.
Renting a car is not worth the trouble as the insurance was more than the car rental.
It is cheaper and easier to take the bus when traveling around Cancun (12 pesos/person).

The place is absolutely perfect and I was so happy to have found it. Miriam is very helpful and will message you with any information you need including places to go, rides from the airport, etc. The villa itself could not be in a better location with the pool and bar directly out your front door and the ocean/bar directly out your back door. Additionally the place was secure, had taxis onsite 24/7 for easy travel, and a bus station right outside that will take you up and down the hotel zone. The place was clean and comfortable and was just perfect for our quick trip to Cancun. I highly recommend this villa.

This was one of the best vacations we have had as a family and it mostly came down to working with Miriam. She provided us with referrals for everything that we wanted to do the week of our vacation and needed referrals for. The one that made the biggest impact in our vacation was Chef Octavio Reyes who came into the condo and cooked meals for us daily. This brought such a large amount of relaxation to us as for two meals a day we were not trying to gather up 8 people and find a place to eat or cook. His meals were top shelf from the home made sauces to the entrées to the fresh drinks he made for each meal. The mid week deep clean of the condo was perfect as well. Three ladies came in and performed the work with a quickness and perfection. The views from the condo and location to the beach could not of been any better along with separate AC's in each of the rooms to make all of us happy with our own desired sleeping temps. I had not been to Cancun in over 20 year. They have made a lot of great changes to the hotel zone and the city, we are looking forward to going back soon.

I didn’t see any other place in Cancun that was as close to the beach as we were. Basically we stayed right on the ocean. The only downside is that the pool bar was closed and the food wasn’t very good at the resort. The villa itself was very nice but had a lot of stairs and was not very safe for older individuals. The host was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. Had a private chef that was amazing!

Our family of 10 loved hanging out on the beachfront Terrace everyday to relax, soak up the sun and watch the waves. We were a few steps away from the sandy beach, the pools and the beach bar. The Villa is so spacious and comfortable, we couldn't have wished for a better holiday and we are all looking forward to coming back again! Through contacts we received from our great Hostess Miriam, we enjoyed services from a Car Service, a Private Chef and a Photographer. Can't say enough about the great location of this Villa and how lovely and quiet it was to have the pleasure to stay in. Thanks again Miriam for providing our family with such a great time!

The views from this unit are better than the pictures show, with amazing sunrise views and a spacious outdoor patio to relax on with enough chairs for everyone.
We had seven adults and the unit was as advertised, so it was nice that each couple/individual had their own bedroom and bathroom.
We can't say enough about property manager Miriam Ramirez. She was there for our every need before and during our stay. She's one in a million! We also appreciated the mid-stay thorough cleaning of the unit.
We had chef Nassim (which Miriam recommended) cook two dinners for us, and I'd highly recommend hiring him. He's very personable and a great cook.

This is a wonderful property on the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. There is easy access to the beach and the bus. The kids enjoyed feeding the resident iguanas! I can’t praise our host, Meriam, enough. She was amazing and helped us with many things.

We stayed Sept22-25. Our stay was great! Hostess Miriam is such a nice person, went above and beyond to make sure our stay perfect. She arranged pickup to and from the airport. Communication was perfect, no issues.

Great place to stay, but the surrounding resort is not that great. Food was horrible, pool and beach bar closed very early for vacationers. Our host was amazing, as she gave us great ideas for places to eat and things to do.

The villa is very spacious, rooms are big, beds and mattress' are good. Kitchen is fully equipped and appliances are good. Very clean and well maintained. It has two nice decks with chairs with ocean views. It has A/C split units with remotes everywhere so the villa is always cool. We had a little issue with one of the units I contacted Miriam, the manager, and she sent the technician right away and fixed it. The villa is a few steps from the beach. They provided enough beach and inside towels, you don't need to worry about it. You can also have peace of mind with the sunscreen they had it there, and believe me sunscreen lotion in Cancun is a thing.
Everything was great just a couple of things. The villa layout is weird with different levels and steps everywhere, I liked it but my mother in law was having some issues with all these little stairs. The second thing is the community pool that was dirty all the time. The rest FANTASTIC and I fully recommend to anyone.
Special mention to Miriam, she is very professional, nice, helpful, reachable all the time, gave us so many advices on things to do and not to do in Cancun. She draw us a treasury map of Cancun with little secrets and where to go. She is awesome.
We're planning a family reunion there next year and definitely will stay there.

Wonderful!
We absolutely loved our stay. We came with my in-laws and our three children that four, three, and one. There are steps in the place, but Miriam was very clear about that. They seemed to be no problem with our little ones. we loved the location to the beach. The little restaurant just below the house serves delicious tacos! our communication with Miriam could not have been better. She is absolutely fabulous. It is only $.50 to ride the bus to town. It is very easy and convenient. The bus comes about every five minutes.

Great spot right on the beach
The place was huge, so much room for our kids to run around. Adults and kids had their own rooms. Pool and beach/ocean are steps away from the front door. Miriam was always available for questions or to help. We had everything we needed to make our own meals. A/C throughout the place was a plus. Bus stops right outside the hotel and we never waited longer than 3 minutes for a ride.

Location is great but most of all was the property manager that made our stay incredible. Miriam was super responsive. The washer machine had broken down and was replaced within hrs. I couldn’t believe it.
The steps were a bit challenging with small children but not too cumbersome since it’s a beach destination and we did just that. Spend loads of time at the beach.
Fully recommend staying at sol y mar.

Loved Our Stay

The location was great. Right on the beach with two private terraces and spacious inside. So convenient for our family which included little children. There were also two shared pools on the property. The property was well maintained, and we were pleased with all the services.

Wonderful Family Vacation
The location was great. It was right on the beach with two nice terraces for our own use. Two shared pools were available for us, as well as the beach. So nice to be so close to everything with little ones. We all loved the space indoors and out. It was fun having the taco grill and bar next door. Everything felt secure and property was clean.

Amazing, would def come back
We had a great time staying at this location. We had a party of 8-10 throughout the trip and there was more than enough space for everyone. The in unit W/D was a nice little surprise. We love the private patio area and roof deck area, plenty of chairs for everyone to lounge. It was literally a few ft away from the beach and you could see the sunset/sunrise and the crashing sounds of the waves. The best part was Miriam, she was amazing and super responsive. She helped us schedule a lab tech to come do our Covid test and answered all of our questions. There was a super great fish taco joint just down the street and inexpensive, but we could also cook in the villa which was nice.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTIONS!!
The Villa, the location and most of all the service from Miriam made this vacation one of our favorites!! We were already planning our next trip on the 2nd day of our vacation.
We knew we were in good hands from the first time we contacted Miriam. She responded so quickly and was so helpful throughout our stay. She coordinated a personal chef to come one night and the food was incredible (definitely recommend), arranged our Covid Test, coordinated our airport transportation, gave us a tour of Villa with tips of the home and also maps and recommendations of the area. And to top it off on Sunday when we reached out to her we didn't expect a response until Monday, but within 5 minutes she responded.
We have been using VRBO for years and her service and dedication exceeds any of our experiences. It was Top Notch!!

Amazing host!
Miriam is an amazing host. She made sure check-in was easy and always maintained contact with us. She even helped us book a last minute trip to Chichen Itza. The property itself is in need of work but overall it met our needs. Great property for big families!
