The home was beautiful and clean. The view is amazing.

My stay at Turtle Bay 2 was just like I dreamed about. The property was very nice, and the views of the sea from my unit were breathtaking and a beautiful way to wake up to the day. The property had everything we needed and was in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. This is what I have been dreaming about for eight years, and it finally happened, just like in my dream. I will be returning year after year because I have now found my place of healing, release, renewal, rejuvenation, tranquility, serenity, happiness, and peace. My new island home away from home!

The home offers plenty of space and comfort for a family to enjoy. The wrap around deck offered stunning views of Hooper's Bay. We also enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool a few evenings after our day of activities and watch the sunset. The house is located almost in the center of Great Exuma. It made getting around really nice since you could get to either end of the island in about 30 minutes. Supper convenient to the airport (10 minute drive) and 2 grocery stores close by. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Hooper's Bay beach access to go swim with the turtles as well. The only 2 negative things we found were the door handles are difficult to turn and the lock on the front door stuck in the lock position when we went out the door twice locking behind us and the shower water pressure is really low. The positives of this house far outweigh the few inconveniences and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend to anyone! The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, oil, saran wrap, etc. The house has A/C which is a huge bonus. There was also a large fan that we used at night for white noise (we're fan sleepers). The beds were comfortable. Towels for beach and bath were supplied along with beach chairs, cooler, and an umbrella. The view is stunning. It's literally 180 degree view of turquoise water. The porch is deep and has comfy seating. We sat out there a lot to read and relax. The pool is a bonus! We used it a few times at the end of the day and it was a great temperature and size. The beach- the closest is a 5 min walk to Turtle Bay/Hooper's Bay. The sand is white and fine and YES there were turtles right there in the bay! We ventured out to several other beaches- Coco Plum, Tropic of Cancer, Stocking Island, and Forbes Hill. This location was superb. Seemed like we were right in the middle of the island and could get to both northern and southern points in about 30 min. There were 3 grocery stores nearby, one within walking distance. We cooked breakfast at the house each day, had lunch out, and ate our leftovers for dinner each night. Meals were at Splash, Big D's, Stocking Island Bar, and Shirley's. Thank you so much for this wonderful accommodation! The caretakers were fabulous too!

The house is beautifully appointed and has a compete wraparound porch that is wonderful. The house is very spacious and the kitchen was great! The location and views are unparalleled.

This was our first trip to Great Exuma and this property was the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the island had to offer. The elevated location offered amazing views of Hooper's Bay and wonderful breezes. Our daughter loved the pool. This property is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The owner is very responsive and a wealth of knowledge, offering suggestions on what to do and where to go. We loved our time on Exuma and look forward to a return trip. We will book this property again!

House has a great view of Hoopers Bay, a great place to enjoy calm waters and swim with sea turtles. Centrally located, with Tropic of Cancer beach at the south east end, and Coco Plum an equal distance to the west and George Town 10 minutes away. Food and ALC only about 3 minutes away. You should get a car, 4 wheel drive is not needed. The house is comfortable. Kitchen has it all in my view. Owner is onlly a mile or two away and is willing to help with info and suggestions.. We have been to Exume 3 times, twice at this property and are planning on returning next year.

We had a great week at Turtle Bay 2 - the view of Hooper's Bay is terrific! The breezes thru the great room kept the house cool, no AC needed. Robert greeted us as we arrived and gave us a good overview of the property and Exuma in general. The pool was nice for the hot days, and the beach chairs came in handy for trips to nearby beaches. Sometimes the water pressure was lower than expected, but it was generally ok. Robert was also helpful in recommending the local Doctors Hospital for our return Covid test. Appointment made online, quick/easy testing, and results emailed to us within the hour. Very nice.... Overall, Turtle Bay was a nice place and would very much consider for our next trip to Exuma.

This was our second time staying at this location, which says it all. Robert is a very gracious host and his property is perfect for a small family or two couples. We had a great time.

Amazing area. Huge kitchen and 2 bed rooms with amazing balcony and the beach view. This will be great for a family or a group of friend. The host he is really helpful and nice . A place is a little bit hard to find but he will make sure you arrive safe. Definitely recommend. Affordable and very beautiful.

This property is amazing! I’ve come to Exuma many times alone and feel very safe here. The owners are incredibly helpful. The house has everything you could need, including a pool haha. It’s decorated beautifully and has a view that is out of this world. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for everything :) I already miss it

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The place is as described. Rob and Carla are great hosts. They are quick to respond to any questions. The views are awesome. Close to shopping and George town. We would definitely stay again.

We had the entire top floor of Turtle Bay in Exuma. The wrap around porch, view, owner and house were all amazing. The house had everything we needed including a beautiful and spotless pool. The owner always answered our questions in minutes. We will be back!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved the open space concept of the apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean from inside as well as from the second floor wrap around balcony. The pool was an added bonus and the beach was a short walk from the villa. The property owner Robert was very accommodating and responsiveness to questions.

This home is a must stay if you’re visiting the Georgetown area. Very clean and appropriately laid out. Hands down one of the best views in the Exumas. The host Rob was very helpful and attentive. 10/10 would recommend!

A full 1600 sq ft masterpiece with a wrap around balcony. We didnt want to leave. An easy walk to the bay where sea turtles swim with you in the late morning. You walk back and jump in a gorgeous pool to enjoy the majestic bay view. Grocery store nearby. Near airport. Win win situation all around. A must stay!

Rob is a great host! He is very attentive and his property includes everything you need for a day on the beach, grilling on the balcony, or enjoying a book as you relax and gaze at the JAW DROPPING heavenly blue colors of Hooper's Bay. The pool is also a nice touch especially with young kids or teens. This is our 2nd visit to Exuma and would book this location again in a heart beat.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The kitchen has everything you will require to cook a meal. Smitty’s and Prime Meats is close by and are the best place to shop for groceries. The house is clean and well maintained and is close to everything. The pool was warm and relaxing. You will enjoy this house.

Beautiful property overlooking Hoopers Bay. Amazing views of the water - we saw sea turtles and a large ray from the deck. Just a short walk to the Hoopers Bay beach, which is spectacular. Swam with turtles and met so many wonderful people. Prime Island Meats is a very short walk from the house, too. Had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!

The view from the covered porch is better than a picture can show. Looking over Hoopers bay the amazing colors of blue are constantly changing. The covered porch on all four sides allows for sun, shade, breezes or calm, up to you.The walk to turtle beach only takes 4 minutes, it’s not a great path, but it’s worth it. The beach rarely has many people on it, the sand is finer than most beaches on the island and you are almost guaranteed to see a few sea turtles every time.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Turtle Bay. The house was comfortable, clean, and had a million dollar view from the wraparound deck! The property manager was very friendly, informative, and responsive. Very convenient location with several stores nearby. Bring snorkel gear and you can swim with the sea turtles within walking distance! A great experience altogether, would do it again in a heartbeat.

We could not travel due to Corona so we cannot actually rate this particular trip or home. We have traveled to Exuma before and love the island. The owners were nice enough to credit us the full amount of our stay toward a future visit. We are currently requesting a week in February 2021 after which I am certain I will have a wonderful review.

Having been to Exuma the last 2 years and staying this year at 2 different properties , We found Turtle Bay property to be outstanding ! The accommodations were spot on and we had everything we needed. The place was perfectly clean and communication with Rebecca throughout was a joy . Despite a slight walk to the beach this place had everything we could have hoped for . Can't what till next year

Gorgeous views with easy access to Hoopers Bay; 5 minute walk. Relaxing to sit out on the wraparound deck and enjoy the scenery in all directions. The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect central location to enjoy the island sights/dining in either direction. We will definitely come back!
