The apartment windows were very dirty making the view of Bondi Beach poor considering location was the only positive point of this apartment. Cushions on sofa were stained and dirty (same as sofa indeed) Cover on bed was sained All coffee table feet were covered in rust

Room was not clean at all - we put the bathmat down and it got black very quickly just from floor.... dining room table hadn't been wiped down and was just dirty in general. We had to unexpectedly leave early due to cyclone in NZ, we had to fly home a day early. Asked for any sort of refund - answer was no. No sky Tv, only netflix

The view from the property was exceptional. checking in was very straight forward and communication with the host very easy.

The furniture was quite tired and although the flat was clean it could do with a thorough deep clean .

Location amazing That's the extra $spent

For the $500+ per night, one would not expected cushions falling apart and substandard lounge that is not a fold out bed that was advertised. The bathroom shower was full of mould as the hand basin! Area for washing machine/dryer also mouldy. Lot of money per night for this apartment ! Daily messages from accomodation support spoils stay. Check in time is 3 pm which is very late for travellers with baggage.

The location is hard to beat. Quite literally, 'Right on Bondi', street level apartment which is super easy to access and very convenient.

No flexibility with check-in or check-out times. Extending check-out by 1hr to 11AM came with a $120 cost which I felt was unreasonable particularly as the apartment was vacant that evening. This made is super tricky with travel plans (flights) and having no where to store luggage. Apartment is also extremely hot. We enjoyed the sea-breeze at night but there was only one portable fan for the whole house which, during a hot summers day, meant we were sweating bullets inside! Installing an air conditioner or providing extra fans would help.
