Good location. Handy apartment where all the necessities were provided for extended stay. Recommend.

The apartment was spacious and on the ground floor so much cooler than outside. The bedroom was very spacious and bathroom had a well working washer/dryer, decent shows and lots of storage space. The outdoor patio was a nice touch. It was stocked well including coffee. They left us basic food which got us through and was much appreciated. They also provided two roller beds for my kiddo's so we could keep the couch a couch. It was basic but very functional. Location is in the center and tram 15 a few minutes away. Can also walk to train station or take tram 14 one stop. All in all, we will stay there again!

The apartment was hot but we asked for a fan and they brought one. When over 80, two would be nice. The toilet also smelled and got worse the longer we stayed (8 days). Not sure why. Nothing else we didn't like.

The host is very nice; we had found even some food in the refrigerator on our arrival prepared for us, and it was very helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood at a waking distance from the city center. The facilities and furniture are great. Parking is in the basement. The host resolved some issues that appeared (logistics in nature) quickly and efficiently.

There was a separate bed that was easy to setup for use by our 5-years old kid, but it would be also needed to have a step/small stool for the kid to use the bathroom sink and an antislip mat in the shower cabin. The issues were not critical: We have found some workarounds employing what was available in the apartment.

The apartment was perfect! It was my second stay, this time with my 8 months old child and there couldn’t have been a better place. The apartment is very clean, has a lovely outdoor seating area leading into a small park. Great facilities and there were even some treats waiting for me. Ms Bergauer was extremely responsive and helpful - as last time. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent one bedroom apartment in a perfect location only 10 min walk to the main train station, and close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for family of 4. Big bedroom with comfortable bed, huge closet and plenty of room for luggage. Main room has a well stocked kitchen, dining table and living area with comfortable sofa and cable tv. Huge bathroom with large shower and washer and dryer. The apartment is on the ground floor and stays very cool on the hot summer days. Direct access to beautiful garden with private outdoor seating. Free private parking in an underground garage. Much better than staying at a hotel. Highly recommend and will definitely be back when staying in Basel.

We liked the quiet location with the back shaded garden, beautiful comfortable bed. Plenty of coffee and food at arrival. Karen was very helpful and professional. Nice for a couple or a family with one child, and for meeting friends in the garden. The windows at the bedroom can be open completely and you feel you are sleeping in a park.

Karen and her staff were great. We were running late in traffic and they waited for us to greet us and still show us around the property. The bed was big and comfortable, a fully stocked kitchen and great garden area for kids to play safely. They even stocked our fridge with a few goodies to help us get through the next morning for breakfast. There were plenty of towels, bedding and even soap for washing machine.

The apt is a bit darker than I anticipated -which I would not have liked had we stayed during the winter. But in the summer, because there is no A/C -- it turned out to be a blessing and kept the apartment a bit cooler. We had a small problem with mosquitos and bugs. We told Karen after our visit and she promptly installed screen doors to fix the problem!
