Magnifique endroit, proche du centre mais très calme.

The room was spacious and bright, with large windows that looked out onto the treetops. The gardens are beautiful and the location is very quiet at night. The room was somewhat basic in terms of amenities, but comfortable and clean with plenty of clothing storage. Breakfast was delicious, though it cost extra with our reservation. I was traveling for work and appreciated the charming common workspace upstairs with potted plants, comfortable furnishings, and a tea/coffee setup.
There was no coffee maker in the room. The lobby, gardens, and room were charming but the hallways and stairwells felt coldly industrial. We could hear loud footsteps from above at certain times of day.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, on a put tout faire à pied. Tout est neuf, bien agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre familiale était très spacieuse, même à 4 (avec 2 ados) c'était parfait. Très jolie vue sur le jardin et très lumineux; le tout dans le calme. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin et le restaurant. Si je devais retourner à Bâles, je retournerais dans cet hôtel !

Le magnifique jardin, l emplacement calme mais proche du centre ville, le petit déjeuner buffet.
L oreiller n était pas très confortable, et la chambre que nous occupions avait des rideaux n’occultants pas assez la chambre, malheureusement.

Excellent Hotel with Great Location and Breakfast!One thing that stood out to us was the hotel's exceptional customer service. After checking out of our room, they were kind enough to let us leave our car on the premises for a few extra hours, allowing us to explore the city a bit more without any worries.
Moreover, the hotel provided a quiet and comfortable space equipped with wifi for my son to attend an online meeting. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
The overall experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of its great location, delectable breakfast, and attentive service made for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. After a long drive from the North of Italy, we were greeted by warm reception staff. The garden area was wonderful, perfect for a night walk with our dog. The room was perfect - the design was incredibly intentional. No complaints!
At one point, we were woken up by a very high pitched sound, we thought due to the pipes. Luckily, we fell right back asleep but it continued until we woke up later.

The hotel is very clean and the location is wonderful. Breakfast is nice as well.

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was fantastic. Plenty of space for 2 children and a dog to occupy themselves on a rainy morning when we couldn’t get into town.
Cleanliness was great. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent (although we had to buy two mugs for tea, trying to make do with an espresso cup for three days just didn’t work).The beds were comfortable.
The hotel itself has a bit of history which is interesting.
The conference facilities looked very good, although we didn’t use them.
The walk into the old town took 5 minutes and there are some nice restaurants close by.

It was clean. The staff was really excellent.
The price is not acceptable in compare to prices that we paid in other cities (like Lucern), or guest apartments around. This is a regular basic place (no refrigerator or other additions to the room). And the thing that caused me to be really disappointed - requirement for additional charging for car parking... I beleive, that with the price of the place, it is ridiculous to charge additional (pretty high) charge for car parking (22 franks). I am not talking about breakfast (additional 17 frank for a person), in other places it is around 9-10. We saw what was the breakfast. It is just a basic breakfast. Exactly is in other places but almost twice more expensive...

The hotel had swiss to EU power adapters. Very friendly staff. Easy to find, clean and comfortable bed.
