La suite dispose d'un coin salon confortable, d'un bureau, d'une cheminée, d'un lit queen-size avec des draps luxueux, d'un petit-déjeuner continental / d'un bar à café / et de nombreux cadeaux. GRANDE salle de bain sur mesure avec douche spa et tout le nécessaire. Ventilateurs de plafond et ameublement confortable. Laveuse / sécheuse disponible dans «espace commun». Il s'agit d'un bungalow de vente par correspondance de 1923, mais a été mis à jour avec toutes les commodités modernes. Le look est rustique / élégant, TX Hill Country, avec une touche de romance! Grand parking privé, entouré de belles plantes et d'arbres ombragés. Chaque suite a sa propre entrée privée et chacune a accès à un très beau porche couvert / coin salon pour le café du matin et la détente du soir. La propriété est très proche du centre-ville - en fait à distance de marche des restaurants, brasseries, pharmacie, palais de justice, théâtre Cailloux, plusieurs églises, très proche de notre magnifique parcours de golf municipal, du stade du lycée, ainsi que des hôpitaux VA, Peterson et State , Schreiner College est juste en bas de la route, la rivière Guadalupe et le sentier pédestre de 5 miles sont très proches et notre liste pourrait continuer encore et encore !! Kerrville est un endroit idéal pour les motocyclistes, les cyclistes, les amateurs de vieilles voitures - TXHighway 39 longe la rivière Guadalupe supérieure, nous ne sommes pas en fait sur TX 39 MAIS nous servons de grand point de rassemblement pour le reste du Hill Country, peu importe la direction dans laquelle vous choisissez d'aller. Nous sommes à proximité de Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, les sentiers «Three Twisted Sister», etc. Vous pouvez même faire une excursion d'une journée dans certains des vignobles, brasseries et distilleries à proximité - ou demander à une limousine de venir vous chercher et de vous déposer juste devant notre porte d'entrée. VENEZ PROFITER DE VOUS-MÊME - nous serions ravis que vous restiez dans notre petit BnB pittoresque!

I can't say enough good things about this VRBO. The owner, Clair, is just fabulous. She is warm and gracious, and had lots of information about the area. She has an extraordinary eye for detail in her suites and common areas. Our stay far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back.

We will definitely start here again. Just dropped our kid at school. Quick trip over night, but this place was perfect and has everything you would ever need. Makes you feel at home. Host is very pleasant. Drinks snacks breakfast treats and coffee.

Clair received us with a tour of the property. We immediately felt welcomed and right at home. Furnished with the intention of recreating a place of rest and relaxation, we enjoyed the sense of home without the day-to-day responsibilities. We were grateful for Clair’s local restaurant recommendations as well as her insight into local activities. The reflective sitting area, comfortable bed, and a splendid en suite – all guaranteed we will be back for another stopover soon!

Property was easy to locate. Rooms were lovely. Well stocked coffee bar, including snacks, loved the candy jars throughout the property, small refrigerator was stocked with milk and juices, bowl of fresh fruit, much more. Location was perfect. I could walk if I wanted to the old downtown area. The Christmas lights were still up and lovely in Kerrville. The room was exactly as expected and very comfortable.

Beautiful bungalows!
This was a weekend trip into Comfort and Kerville and we stayed in these bungalows for two nights. Clare was such a doll and so accommodating. My birthday was Friday and she was thoughtful enough to have a nice bottle of wine waiting for us!
The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and look brand new. They are small but very well equipped with everything you need from Q-tips to coffee creamers! It was too chilly and rainy to be outside during our stay, but we plan to go back and spend time at the fire pit next time. Clare showed us two of the other bungalows and they are all so beautifully decorated- I’m already talking of booking the entire place with a few friends for a girls weekend.

Charm, Comfort & Southern Hospitality
From before we arrived to the minute we checked our, Clair took extra special care of us. Pictures don’t do the suite or area justice. Tons of goodies in the room - everything you could want and imagine for a cozy weekend getaway! Clair told us about local events and even connected with a local restaurant where we wanted to dine. Quiet, cozy, inviting, private suite gave us exactly what we needed and we’ll definitely be back and will recommend to others!

Very clean and comfortable
This was very clean.The beds were comfortable and clean. Had plenty of snacks coffee and drinks in the room. Very well decorated with plenty of setting room to relax after a full day of shopping and wine tasting. Very easy to find. I would recommend this to anyone.

Claire was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our bungalow with all of its amenities. It's conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We drove up to Fredericksburg during our stay which was an easy commute.

Bois D’ Arc Bungalows we’re exquisite.
The property and bungalows were all we had hoped for and more. Property owner, Clair paid attention to every detail in decorating and amenities. Fantastic communication the entire trip and was made to feel right at home. I highly recommend this property and Clair’s southern charm. She was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit the Hill Country again because we will be staying here.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental! Everything was perfect, including all the snacks and extras the host left for us to enjoy. Her Southern hospitality deserves an A+! We definitely plan to return and are grateful for the fabulous memories we made.

Wasn't fond of it being located at an intersection, could not tell that on the web. Luckily for us school was out and when inside it was very quit and you could not tell you were at an intersection.

Host is very welcoming, accommodating, and provides many extras: a personal tour/greeting, dining recommendations, abundant snacks and beverages, and many personal touches to make guests comfortable. So much better than a hotel chain. Lovely, spacious, and comfortable accommodations, with luxurious bedding; kitchen facilities that include Keurigs (with multiple coffee and tea options), toasters, microwaves, and mini-fridges (with access to a fill size fridge); and high end laundry facilities. Good central location. Highly recommended!
